The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is an open world action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the fifth main installment in The Elder Scrolls series, following The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 11, 2011.
The game's main story revolves around the player character and their quest to defeat Alduin the World-Eater, a dragon who is prophesied to destroy the world. The videogame is set two hundred years after the events of Oblivion, and takes place in the fictional province of Skyrim. Over the course of the game, the player completes quests and develops the character by improving skills. The game continues the open world tradition of its predecessors by allowing the player to travel anywhere in the game world at any time, and to ignore or postpone the main storyline indefinitely.

The people that made this are absolute legends. Literally rebuilding a country just for the love of the game.
*continent
Passion, can push some people to do some pretty amazing things. I wonder what kind of passionate things SF will Stoke in its most talented players when it comes out.
*Tears in eyes* Morrowind, my first computer role-playing game in this format. And I tried it only reluctantly after badgering of co-worker who kept telling how awesome it is.
And he was right.
I actually went out and bought Morrowind after seeing a review on Fox television. They stated the game was so large it could take you up to six months to play the entire game. It was my first computer game and still very close to my heart.
Mine was Skyrim.
My first elder scrolls game was daggerfall. Man, that was a big game.
i dont even want to know how many hours in my teens i spent in this game. Was worth it though. The story of Nerevar, the 6th house, the tribunal are so great
I played Morrowind as well put didn't understand it never completed the game, years later I played Skyrim and it blew my mind,so then I got Oblivion and played it through also very awesome game! so now I am looking to get Morrowind again and play it through
Thanks you for promoting TR.
I am an asset developer, music composer and made a grass mod supporting TR as well.
We actually need more team members for the project to help work with it, I hope this will help to reach more people willing to help.
This comment should be pinned, the more devs working the faster progress will be made.
Pin this plz
I just want to thank you for your hard work !
Beautiful work all round. I possess no skills unfortunately, but I hope you get some more help with this ambitious project
Would yall be down to work with some quest writing?
Theres also a related mod that adds Stros M'kai and I've heard their working on an Akavir mod as well..finally this mod gets the love it should
Oh man, remember that time Bethesda made rpgs??
I wonder why they only made two. I mean, Oblivion wasn’t as good as the first, but it had its good qualities.
There was no need to stop making rpgs altogether after it.
Play enairim
Thanks. I’d have taken the advice several years ago.
After playing it and nodding it as much as I have, Skyrim just doesn’t work as a base for me to put in the effort of modding, anymore. Perhaps if sky wind or some total conversion
I was literally just considering whether or not to add this mod to my second playthrough of tES3 Morrowind.
If FudgeMuppet recommend it, I suppose it's good, yeah?
Do it, even the part of the mainland that isn't populated yet is absolutely gorgeous. Simply sightseeing will make your day
Morrowind rebirth and tamriel rebuilt are essential

Damn I miss playing morrowind, that music just reminded me just how great that game is
Morrowind builds would be dope
I almost shed a tear when I heard that Morrowind Music....
Daniel Rand? The Immortal Iron Fist? SWORN ENEMY OF THE FUCKING HAND?!!?
Fantastic video!
Thank you!
I will play it in someday.
am i the only one who would would actually like to see a oblivwind? and skyrim? weird idea but at least for those who wouldnt mind if not miss morrowinds simple yet immersive system
There's OpenMW for that... seek out videos by cc9cii and take a look.

So Tamriel: Reborn is basically Beyond Skyrim but for Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind?
Other way round, really.
Now that I have mods on xbox, I cant play without that damn cheat room!!
Autocaptions changed "tamrielrebuiltdotorg" to "americanoutbackdotnet" ... Wtf

Are they still actively working on TR then?

Fudgemuppet Morrowind Tourism Ad
That would be a wonderful series to do Fudgemuppet. Do a series like long tourisms commercials on each province and city in The Elder Scrolls, showing us everything each town, city, or province has to offer. That would be awesome to look at, and it would kill time until TES6 comes out.
It feels good to see some morrowind
They don't make 'em like this anymore...
idk man witcher 3 was good :)
@@Kropolis Witcher 3 is no Morrowind though. Not to say new advancements and new games can't be fun, but I gotta say I can always pick up and play Morrowind and it never gets old. The overall atmosphere and sheer number of things to do are insane. I don't think it's the best game ever but it's a damn fine game.
They are, quite literally, still making this right now.
I already have it and I can confirm it is God tier, even for Morrowind, which btw is way better then Skyrim
Oh yes. Another fine fudge Muppet video to go with my morning! Love you guys!

Videogames are truly the highest forms of art!!
I still can't even begin to wrap my mind around the fact that every single videogame is nothing but 1's and 0's and those very 1's and 0's have all taken us into fantastical worlds and explored ideas in a way that no other media can capture. This mod looks absolutely fantastic. I am truly grateful to have been born in this time period!

The TES modding community is so unbelievably hard working and amazing.
If only bethesda themselves had this kind of dedication
@@TheTreyVidz I hate when people say this kind of retarded shit.
@@roojackaroo8517 ok cool.
Every game in the Elder Scrolls is special and great in its own way, even Arena back in the day but there is still something about Morrowind isn't there, the atmosphere, the world the people.
My home is still a long journey, first by carriage and then by boat, to the east to Morrowind.
@@ipikachangaming You could try Daggerfall Unity if you want that, don't think an actual remaster will ever happen. They would probably butcher it anyway.
Morrowind is awesome because it wasn't safe. Oblivion was a basic medieval setting, and skyrim was vikings. That's why tes6 will be just like the last two, because Bethesda doesn't have the balls anymore to make an exotic setting, like black marsh or valenwood.
@@raphaeldias5502 You’re right unfortunately. When Bethesda dips their toes in outlandish things I must say it gets so well received. It often makes me wonder why they don’t, risk vs reward wise it would seem their pay off has always been great. Morrowind is very well received by fans even today. Shivering Isles is a lot of people’s favorite Elder Scrolls DLC. Dawnguard and Dragonborn just merely dip their toes in the odd things and even then they’re well liked I believe. They have the talent for it, but you’re right when you say they’re too scared for it. Hopefully they prove us wrong and overcome those fears.
The best thing about Tamriel Rebuilt as the sweet muppet says is the mainland. It is there, sometimes close sometimes faraway. I was born on a Greek island. I know what I should see when I look out to see what I can see, sea, sea. The mainland is the key to the island's life, now we have ferries to the mainland, and the full might of the Tribunal and Veloth's legacy lies around us. I get the same rush as when I see a temple on my own island. We are in a story, that hopefully never ends.
Great comment!
I've no quarrel with what Bethesda hasn't managed to implement, all of these games were once projects envisioned to sell. The team that works on Tamriel Rebuilt are fatally ambitious, these people are driven by the initial passion set forth by Bethesda's games. Solely by this mod, our community can assuredly be set apart as unique, we have youtubers like Fudgemuppet and Camelworks that treat the Elder Scrolls Lore as real world history, people are and were immensely immersed into what we've been presented up until today. We are truly a fascinating block of the Video Game community, a shame corporate tendencies have found it's way into the mix though. Thank you, Scott.
love you like a father xith
Very well put, unfortunately. It seems that the spirit that once found itself writhed within these games has been lost upon the game developers. Fortunately, it lives on through us gamers who have loved these games in spite of those evil corporate tendencies.
Say what you will about gamers, but we sure are passionate about what we love.
Tamriel Rebuilt is certainly, without doubt in my mind, the most ambitious content mod project for any game so far
And I have no *quarrel* with thee, good Sir! Let us journey together through the valleys and rejoice in our galavanting ways! TALLY HO!
@@Palendrome I'm a year late but I do want to say Beyond Skyrim is pretty ambitious too, when you consider just one arm of the project is mainland Morrowind. (Also for anyone who somehow sees this, the projects share ideas so that they'll have fairly consistent city designs which is a cool touch.)
To this day, I still listen to Morrowind's soundtrack while I'm at work, doing the reports and spreadsheets. I'd bought the original Morrowind on CD (!), but just recently bought it on Steam. Now I know, why.
How is the WENUS? Everything looking okay?
Hey Scott! I think another important piece of info to mention, especially for those for whom Morrowind didn't age well, is the OpenMW project, which aims to rewrite and then build upon the original Morrowind engine, allowing to improve and modernize just about everything in the game. If FM could cover OpenMW, that'd be awesome. Thanks for the fantastic content!
Man I remember TR from when i was a little kid lol. They were looking for voice actors and I submitted a dumb thing for a daedra or something with the standard windows sound recorder effects haha
Mirrowind is one of the best games I have ever played. I hope es6 is just as good, if not better.
@OmniscientEnigmaRip yeah I know... BUT A MAN CAN DREAM OK!!!
Monty the red Morrowind*^
There’s a greater chance of there being a snow day in Hell than there is of Bethesda developing anything even close to Morrowind again.
@Tyler W Bethesda needs to get their shit together, their games are so bad even the skybabies are unhappy with them.
Forget it right away. Console friendly, kids focused, high budget fantasy action game with negligible RPG elements, beautiful graphics and dogshit story. Thats what you gonna get.
Looking forward to playing both completed TR and PT when I'm 50. But seriously I'm hyped.
I love your content but you guys are the real MVP's for not flooding your video with adds unlike 90% of the RUclips community.
Morrowind truly is magical
been playing this mod for years im glad your bringing more attention to it no other elder scrolls mod compares
Thinking about rebuilding my comp now that MCC is coming out for PC and this is just giving me another excuse to do it.
Only Enderal and Nehrim come close in content
Man, I wish Bethesda had even an ounce of the respect, love and drive that these people have.
The world of Morrowind is definitely the best of the series. Skyrim just didn't have the sense of imaginnation/intrigue/otherworldiness.
I have always loved this channel it's a crime that it doesn't have million sub already.
They are getting close!
Yep
Bro watching this and being high asf at the same time.
and how convenient is it that I am looking for a new mod for morrowind? I'll be taking this and I actually might be able to help I have novice skills but I want to improve my coding abilities

0:22 Wait...furry slave trade?
wtf is going on in Morrowind?
its an alien setting there is so much crazy stuff going on.
and since khajiits are furrys (kinda) and you can buy them...
Hippity hoppity argonians and khajiits are property
Every race is a slave, but furries and scalies are the most popular slaves for Morrowind.
Jaer Nihiltheus this is the most accurate answer right here ^
The fact that people are now calling Khajiit furries makes me want to vomit.
Unreal. These people are the epitome of ambitious talent
Hmm... maybe I should buy Morrowind and try it out.
It's because of this RUclips channel that I grew to love the elderscrolls I hope you guys get million subscribers also some needs to show your elder Scrolls 6 videos to Bethesda so that they can make it the best video game ever made
I have skimmed through a bit of Tamriel Rebuilt and I have to say the level design is just outstanding. There is so much to see, so much variety, beautiful, natural and diverse landscapes that are higher quality than vanilla but still stay close to it. I hope one day I'll get to play the complete version, truly one of the most incredible mods ever made for any Bethesda gamr.
Is this part ready to download and play in?
@@ShirleyCurryTheOlderGamerYes it is, although not everything is finished. The eastern portion is completed while the western one has only the landscapes without any interiors, npcs or quests but still worth exploring for the sights though. The southern portion is in pre-production as well.
@@yourmom9200 Thank you.
@@ShirleyCurryTheOlderGamer You're very welcome! :D
Bethesda, in their blinding wisdom, then proceeded to send them a cease and desist. Claiming "We appreciate it, buuuuut we have to protec our intellectual property despite the fact that the makers of Tamriel Rebuilt aren't making a penny off of it! And we absolutely HATE IT when people start to have fun without giving us money!"
This is my retirement plan, I'll be playing the full version when I'm in a nursing home
Me and you both mate 😂
Morrowind has such incredible atmosphere, lore, dialogue, quests and setting. I wish I could get into it but the gameplay just isn't for me.
I'm glad you guys make lore videos over it so it's almost like I can experience some of that wonder secondhand.
Maybe if there was a mod to make the gameplay of Morrowind like Skyrim's then I'd adore being able to get into the setting and story.
Just wait for Skywind, exactly what you'd love
Thank you for this, FudgeMuppet! These guys definitely deserve the exposure, the work they have done is incredible.
It's also worth noting that Tamriel Rebuilt is a major source of inspiration for Beyond Skyrim: Morrowind
I bought ESO the other day for 10 bucks. I don't even play the game or interact with anyone. I just love walking around and admiring the scenery and architecture while talking to the people. I'm more of a tourist cause I don't really have the patience for MMO games. I went to a hotel in Vardenfell (the one where you get a free inn/ home) and I was just staring at the ceiling because it was pretty. Would love to take a vacation there. Morrowind is unique and pretty :)
Bethesda should just hire the people on this team already
Im playing openWM 0.43 and morrowind game data on my smartphone, with the tamriel rebuild mod full working. Im a very happy person for a year now...
Smartphone? Hows that possible?
@@umelzulueta3066 theres an apk for Android from the Open sorce mod openWM for pc game morrowind. Its a emulator. You need the data files of morrowind from your PC, then copy that for a folder called "mw", you obvious create this folder, on your phone/tablet. You Will need circa 2 GB to have all data on phone. You download the openWM 0.43 apk version, the ONLY one openWM android version. You can find on internet, just Google it. The apk have circa 200 MB. IT's so good to see a big youtuber that also wishes several retcons post-Morrowind had no been made.
Damn. If only I had the resources, I would pull them all together as a new studio for finish Morrowind, and then move on to Oblivion and Skyrim as well, to redo those games, keeping within the lore established prior to their releases. The lore that was pre-established was infinitely more interesting than the sterile, mass-appeal drek we got. Still love the games, but they could have been so much better and far deeper than they wound up being.
This is my first elder scrolls game I played oh the memories and the hardships now I'm feeling homesick despite the Graphics it was a magical experience that got me into the elder scrolls sadly no newer titles were ever as Satisfying
supernova582 "despite" the graphics that were the best for their time
I'm only buying a PC for this game ( Do not judge me)
Maybe I live to see the day when a main line TES game contains all of Tamriel. That would be a dream come true. No other fantasy world in video games captures my imagination like Tamriel does.
Bethesda turning Jungle Romans into normal western rpg setting was a big disapointment.
It was a technical issue so it wasn't something theybwanted to do but had to change it so it would with the technology of the time. So they had to change the lore to explain why it was the way it was in oblivion insted of the way it was in the 1st pocket guid to the Empire
@@brandonpick1486 I don't think it's more of a technical issue. They could have made it unique, but went with generic fantasy because they felt it would sell better. They also rode on the recently launched lotr movies fans craving for fantasy, so there's that.
Funny how the anniversay makes so many long for "the good old times". Even I put Skyrim aside to play Morrowind again a few days ago. And...well. For the first few minutes I felt just as lost as back then when I first played it. But once these minutes had past, I had already fallen in love again.
I tried downloading this mod and i was sure it was working (world map had expanded to the mainland) and I went to ebonheart and used scroll of Icarian flight to jump southward and the game crashed right as the modded areas loaded. Apparently the TR_data masterfile had been changed since it was last saved and was causing errors. Had no idea how to fix it (first time modding any game) so I deleted all files associated with TR to make sure I didnt unknowingly do anymore damage to the game files and stuff lmao.
I plan to return to the mod in the future, when I am a bit more knowledgeable in technology and modding games stuff. It was good while it lasted
I think once they get more areas outside of Vvardenfel fleshed in it’ll get a lot more attention.
The modders love the elder scrolls more than bethesda
Tamriel Rebuilt makes me feel like I'm 13 again, discovering Morrowind for the first time.
I was part of the TR community half a decade ago. Never contributed content, but stayed on the forums and kept up to date on all the changes. Hard to believe it is still going strong.

I went to old Ebonhart. Went to the first shop I saw which was a herbalist. To my surprise it was owned by a redoran with a massive grow operation in his basement.
Principle #6- Follow the Lorebeard. Zaric Zhakaron cannot be ignored because how can such a thing even be called lore?
Which would win?
A multi Million dollar game title.
Or
A game made with passion and patience.
I still think Cyrodil as a jungle is stupid especially if it's gonna be the capital of a massive empire
I’m picking this up the second it’s finished. Honestly I love to start in the major city then visit other towns, then explore. Kinda waiting for Al Malexia(I hope I spelled that right)
Kirkbridian lore forever changed tamriel but in a far complex and choice way where interpretation was key. Eso didn't necessarily build upon this but created a practical lore in recipes, quests and myths that newcomers could explore and immerse themselves in.
Not being a lore master myself (I wish but the time required jeez, although I recon fudge muppet should be recognised if not already) I would recommend anyone play 3 hours of any eso faction to pick up the essence of their abilities and practical and theoretical culture. Please comment down below If you want any responses to your questions I'll try my subjective best as that's what it's all about in the God head if you want to achieve chim
Feel I have to point out that not everything Kirkbride wrote is canon.
Morrowind world, Oblivion mechanics, Skyrim's modded interface + FO4+ graphics = Ultimate win. But Bethesda won't do that: costs money and it's not very monetizable...
There will never be another game like Morrowind. The best ever.
Can't wait to see some great questline on House Dres against argonians in black marsh (like slave raids on thorn for instance)
Thanks for the publicity. I've been following Tamriel Rebuilt for several years now, I'm glad its finally getting some more 'mainstream' attention.
Ah, I need to go back to Morrowind soon. I miss it dearly.
Actually i don't consider that a mod i consider that a full game, the reason is the amount of time energy and effort that is going into making it
Thumbs up for this one. If you haven't tried TR yet, you really should.
The thieves guild questline in old ebonheart is soooo good

Want to hear a joke? Mods on ps4
I only just got into TES a year ago. I'm on my second play through of Skyrim, both with no mods. After this one I'm going to check out as many mods as my computer can handle
I will suggest the Legacy of the Dragonborn
www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11802 or www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52248
Basically, collect everything and put it in a museum. I'm not sure about Special Edition(I assume if you're new), but for old Skyrim there are a lot of mods that are also supported. Making for a very solid and expanded vanilla feel.
If you know how to sail you can find Skyrim Legendary Edition easily enough. Otherwise the only other place to easily find it is on Humble Bundle(Steam key), but that's still $40 and it never goes on sale since Special Edition came out.
Elder Scrolls will never top Morrowind.
Yeah, sure bud.
Have you never heard of Redguard?
Eeeh actually blades just came out sooooo
Fucker McDickShit My comment is a joking barb at Kirkbriders, your comment is just plan insanity.
But Morrowind is Elder Scrolls, so...
This is the reason I need a PC
This is one of my favorite mods. The level of detail in the interiors and exteriors is great. Been following the mod for ages. I wanted to contribute to it at one point but I wasn't good enough to make quests and such, so I ended up not applying.
But the biggest thing I love about it is how well they have followed the example set by early 2000's Bethesda, it really does spark the imagination just as the original TES 3 did for me. The only thing wrong with it is that it isn't done, and will not be for ages. :P But every update they release, I download it, and experience it all over again.
I read expensive and thought it was in the Creation Club. I was so sad till you said expansive in the video.
