- We did a special live streaming of the night sky over Maunakea, Hawaii, to show the Perseid Meteor Shower activity over RUclips. This is the 15x time-lapse view of the observation's start and end. You can see the enclosure of the Subaru Telescope opens and closes, with many small artificial satellites in the sky.
A "train" of the STARLINK Satellites launched a day earlier by SpaceX are clearly visible at 1:22.
Subaru Telescope is located at the summit area of Maunakea, Hawaii (4200m). The area is one of the best sites for astronomical observation in the world.
The video was live-streamed on August 11, 2023 (HST). The archived live footage can be found below.

All thos objects going across the sky are meteor shower meteors? They are not satellites? aw the starlink satellites! thsnk you. Bruce
All the "moving" objects are definitely satellites, as is described in the description. In the time-lapse view, meteors will appear momentary. We can see some of them at the second part of the video (4:35-).
