- This Longines Master Collection Moonphase is nothing short of exceptional. The dial, the polished hands, the complication are all made to perfection. The stones are placed perfectly to compliment the amazing blue sunray dial. This watch is the embodiment of Longines slogan: "elegance is an attitude". After 4 weeks of wear, I will be sharing my thoughts on this timepiece.

Bought one today with the steel band instead of the leather and without stones. A beautiful piece,i fell in love right away. Longines is just so much watch for your money compared to the other Swiss brands. I wear the Master Collection Chronograph since 2003 and it still is going strong without any service since I bought it.

I bought the black one with numerals and brown leather band exchange. This watch is amazing. Goes beyond bang for your buck and gives you a real sense of elegance.
That blue version is unbeatable. Gorgeous.
They’ve just recently debuted a date only version with a platinum sunray dial and Roman numerals. I hope that a moonphase version comes soon.

Well I just bought the moonphase from the new 1832 collection and the moonphase function was broken out of the box. Never worked. Extremely disappointed Longines.

I,m very between this and the 42mm is the 42 mm bezel much thicker or same as this?
I can't decide on which one. Originally I wanted the numerals with barley corn dial since I thought the diamonds would be too feminine. But now the blue with diamonds is growing on me. I'm really torn..Would this watch work with a black suit though? The blue seems to change colors. Such a hard choice. Beautiful review and shots.

I got this watch. If you think the diamonds look too feminine, I would say that with the metallic bracelet this is not the case at all.

I have the Pulsometer Chronograph and while I love it, it's a bit on the thick side.

I cant help but think of all the beautiful dress watches in the world that cost under $1000. I simply need a bigger name brand han Longines to spend more than that. If it isn't Tag, Tudor, Brietling, Omega, Rolex, and so on I just can't spend more than $1000. Not sure the Longines of the world is quite there yet. Grand Seiko just got there and Rado is making noise... but Longines I have to stay under $1000

I use to think like that, now longines is the first watch brand I will look at when buying a new watch, it's a special watch brand, the watches are close to omega in terms of build. Look at the new Longines spirit.
I walked into the boutique to check out Longines. The first thing I noticed was how Omega & TAG dominated the advertisement display in the store while Longines were off in a corner in the discounted section. Kind of a turn off. But the quality was nice and classy.
