i did get it working on a mac had to use esp online flasher with your bin file work like a champ thank you for uploading the file.
Bought one, used your code and it works great

These do not accumulate bitcoin, either you hit a whole block or nothing, there is a 1 in a trillion chance for you to hit a block but if the far far far off chance you do,,it will pay out 6.25 bitcoins. The nerdminer does not care what operating system you have,,,it just uses your internet, you can even set it up by using your phone. I also added a link in the video description to help you connect your nerdminer to your home or office network.

Press and hold RST on the back and start like it's just out of the box

No sorry not on this one.
One click > change screen.
Double click > change screen orientation.
Tripple click > turn the screen off and on again.
Hold 5 seconds > reset the configurations and reboot your NerdMiner.
