Thank you. Amazon makes it so hard to quit by hiding 'quit option' among so many menu options. To make it worse, they keep changing the screen layouts regularly so online instructions provided by users become useless in no time. No wonder that the owner became world's richest person.

My links were arranged a bit differently to your video - probably as I am on Amazon Australia, however you helped me figure out where to go to get the Prime Video Subscription info I wanted, which was just when I was due to start being charged the monthly fee.

This was so helpful! I knew I had a subscription to Monsters and Nightmares for a week when rented movie on Amazon Prime and could not for the life of me figure out where to go and cancel it. They had already charged me for it another month but I was able to click cancel and get a refund. Thank you so much for this video!!! Lifesaver

I tried doing it the way you said on there but it didn't work (screen is different than yours). I found a roundabout way of doing it just now so your video did help. Gave me where to start

@@sally4900 if you call them they will cancel for you too. Thats how i got rid of Starz. I was able to get rid of anither subscription on my own. This helped to start. Got it by trial and error.

Many times you can access a service, but you actually signed up using a different service like Apple or Google or some other service provider (like direct from the app/service's website). If you didn't pay for it through the Amazon, this won't work.

Hi Jessie, Thank you for taking the time to ask. I appreciate it. Personally, I've signed up for Prime on my Amazon account. That gives me free shipping but it also ties my Amazon account to both my Prime TV and my Audible (audiobooks) accounts. Even though they are different types of services, they are all tied to my single Amazon account. One username, one password.

I delete my Amazon account and I forgot to cancel some of the movies subscription in it, is it okay?
Hi there, that's a really good question. I haven't tried that. I'm guessing that your Amazon account is something you may still be able to log into and check. If not, see if you still get billed and if you still have access to the same services. I'm going to guess not, but please let me know what you find out.

Hi Tisha, it shouldn't be a problem. From your phone just use your Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari) and navigate the same way I describe in the video. Let me know how it goes. By the way, have you by chance subscribed to my channel? Lots of helpful videos coming. :)

I don’t subscribe for any of these apps but I keep getting unwanted subscriptions. How do I stop this from happening. I’m tired of having to keep unsubscribing for something I didn’t sign up for.

I go to Membership & Subscriptions & it says no Subscriptions found. There is nothing about canceling my membership.

Many times you can access a service on your iPhone, computer, or TV so it seems like you should be able to cancel it, but you actually signed up using Google, or Apple, or some other service provider (like direct from the app/service's website or your cable provider). Double-check your other service providers and see if it is there.

Hi Appollo69, sorry to hear that. If you've exhausted all ways with customer service, call your bank and ask them to stop the payments. By the way, never sign up for anything with a debit card. I tried on my iPhone but it said cannot be done using app. So I just watched you with my laptop open. I thought I was paying $7.99 a month but it $15.99. They did ask if I wanted to keep it for $7.99 but I said no. To expensive.

How come on prime I go to buddies house then go home and search the movie on my prime and it wants to charge me for everything I search up

Without more detail, it's hard to say, but your buddy seems like they are logged into Prime when making their selection. Or, you aren't logged in at your place or you don't have Amazon Prime. Hi there team :) 15 a month that seems like a lot. I assume that you are not in the United States where prime is about $100 a year and you get lots of stuff for free. There are some paid movies but it's got plenty of others. Are you not seeing that on your end?

Since we’re taking about Amazon, have you done any videos on where I can shop with similar benefits like Amazon or comparable shipping charges?
I don’t expect free video from Walmart or Target but I have to admit I get confused about buying on other websites.
Amazon decided to shut me down or cut me off from leaving any feedback on items I purchase, I can’t post a question and they deleted 2-years of video reviews and/or reviews at the snap of an AI finger. I have to assume it’s an AI because I’m innocent.
I tried calling 3 times in 8 days and each time they hear what I have to say and then put me on hold while they look into it. A few minutes later I hear ant,ant,ant,ant,ant. I think we all know when we are disconnected vs hung up on. There disconnecteing me instead of hanging up on me and I don’t know why. I don’t care about leaving another video review. I’m never wasting my time on that stuff again. I thought I was helping people but 😡🤬with Amazons magic wand. I’d like to be able to ask a question that’s not been answered yet but I can’t do that either.
I’m sorry. By the time you get here you’ll be that’s five minutes I’ll never get back…laughing
That does not sound like fun. Yes I used to be an Amazon reseller until I realize that Amazon held all of the power and at a whim could shut me down. I don't have any videos about anybody else, but I do know that Walmart is competing with Amazon. Maybe take a look at that and let me know how it goes.

I think it's great that RUclips has people like you that don't contribute content, time, or energy to the community, but instead look for videos where you can comment and help those creators grow. It must be exhausting, your type of work. Shaving off seconds and saving time for those that view our videos. Do you fold laundry and cook too? That's where I could really use some help saving time.

I can not cancel any channel unless I cancel the whole Amazon subscription they are running my account into the negative do not subscribe to those channels go through the apps you can not cancel unless you cancel your whole Amazon prime
