You all did Fat Mike dirty by not editing around his flubs. Just kidding, I like that you left that in. I play that bass line all the time and it's always the part he flubs that gets me. That last little run is hard. It doesn't help that he picks every note instead of relying on pull-offs and hammer-ons.
Ben Savage's tone is ridiculously sweet. I've not heard much from WHITECHAPEL nor been too keen on Strat-style guitars, but he singlehandedly has opened my mind to be more open to such things. Cheers, Ben!
Back in the day, 80s. We did paranoid and we did it the Dickies version, and the look on people's face, and after the song we would tell who are the Dickies,
I cant believe there wasnt a single mention of Bad Brains in there! Ive been playing in extreme metal bands since the 90s, and literally everyone Ive played with was either already in awe of them, or had a period of obsession over them once I introduced them to the Rock For Light album
@@ChrisSalyer-vg1dw such an underrated album! i grew up with it as a teen and it was like a dystopian horror story of dissonance, and None of It Rhymed ( with some exceptions), and I Loved it. It's so brutal.
Seeing Justin Whang here always make me do a double take. I know he's a serious musician but I can't stop seeing him as that guy who tells weird stories on the internet.

Love this format tbh, how cool is to see the musicians we love play something of the musicians they love
The Bayside guys should have a bit more respect for Steve Jones, he’s incredibly underrated as a guitarist.

I don't feel bad that I can't, solidly, play that Decline riff, since Mike can't either.
Last two guys were very cool!!!
Klause Fluoride from The Dead Kennedys inspired me to switch from guitar to bass around age 15.
Mark Morton's Guild acoustic sounded great raw like that.
