do like the solid rear axle , grille over the tundra and shorter wheel base ,don't like the 3 rd row takes up to much space when folded down no room for my dog crates and the dumbo trailer mirrors, need a lower trim for more payload and towing and why does every Model have to have a sunroof ?
Nice video… I’ve had 2 gen 2 platinum sequoias. I don’t think the 3 gen is as good a truck. Why the need for the hybrid when the 3.4turbo would be great in the gen 2 chassis. Missing from the gen 3 vs the gen 2. 1. No power rear power window 2. No flat fold 3rd row 3. No Second row seat move forward and back 4. No auto 4wd with open/ locking center diff. 5. No independent rear… gen 2 plat ride settings are great. 5.7 with a 4:30 rear in tow mode has tons of juice. Gen2 shortcomings… small gas tank… breaks are not confident as the Chevy/gm and ford frame cars… Thanks for the videos
I now watched the whole video. Scrap all the electric gadget mini van door stuff in the back or just collaborate with (ARB air) for doors and lockers. Put a removable splitter in the front-end and a massive intercooler. I drive a Turbo in Texss and have no problems because i have a massive COBB intercooler and the splitter (flows air) not blocking it like that plastic junk in the front of that truck.
It’s ok to act stupid the first time with the trunk and it’s attachment for content purposes. But we all know how to put that in place to get it fit right.
Sorry 2025 Armada much better design over this....Mike Swears totally botched this redesign especially for what these cost.....way too many cut corners on this.....Redesigned 2025 Armada can tow almost as much while maintaining independent rear suspension......
Thats why you have to do your homework first if a certain SUV like this will suit you good in it? If it does not suit you, look for something else. You go to the dealership-look at it, touch it and test drive it. If not to your liking move on. Try GMC, Chevy or Ford etc. You cant make a video and beckering some stuff. Of course, thats not mean it does not work on you vloggers means does not work on other vloggers/people. As I said, you must do your own homework.
I’m not sure. Where is this video coming from. But here in California I don’t see the point of seeing this video all dealers don’t have the trucks I went to 8different dealership and they don’t have it need to be pre-order it 6 to 8 months wait 🙄🙄
People are used to 5 and a half 0-60 especially anything turbo and you get -7.5 ? What ah pig. It should be offered in Diesel for hot climates or just scrap everything and go to hydrogen.
Sequoia is about as quick or quicker than a Denali 6.2 and Expedition on the drag strip. Theres a video uploaded on RUclips of the 3 trucks drag racing.

Guys it is a people mover not a race car. Frankly I think it is a very fine 4X4 SUV. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Great video, talked myself out of one. Third row seats take up the entire back with no option to take them out is a pass for me. Great video though.

The Pathfinder with the 3rd row up has way more trunk room. Pathfinder just is a better overall 3 row suv, for daily and city driving.

The loss of full time 4wd from the previous model kinda sucks.
Switching back and forth from driving on plowed roads to unplowed is a hassle.
