    Great information Elizabeth and I can confirm it really works. I started easy and I can remember "ok just one spin...oh I am ok maybe I can do another one..." With time I just stopped thinking and spinning become easier!

    Incredibly helpful!! Thank you so much. With so much content on RUclips, it's not often that the 1st video is exactly what you need. This makes a lot of sense and brought hope!! Lol.

      @@Elizabeth_BFit @Elizabeth Blanchard Yes, I do have a request for a video. Or feel free to just answer below. Whatever is convenient for you but, I think this would help others. What is the best way to care for your skin as a pole dancer? I've been doing research and my understanding is that one must find a balance so, skin isn't too dry or too slippery. I'm confused as to when and what I should look for in my products, to also keep it grippy. Also, my complexion is darker and dry skin is much more visible. Not pleasant to look at, lol. I did watch your video on grip products. I'm looking for body moisturizers.

      @@leslieannlifts finding the right balance between dry and moisture is a very personal thing that varies person to person. But it sounds like for you I would absolutely recommend the Heel to Toe "lotion" (Here is a link to it on amazon: amzn.to/2yC6YGk). I have a similar problem in the winter time in that my skin is so dry on my legs that I have no grip. This stuff isn't made for pole but is instead supposed to be a foot exfoliate (go figure) but it gives just the right amount of grip. I don't use it for my hands generally but it works amazing everywhere else on my body. I will warn you though to make sure you start with a small amount and rub it in all the way in, otherwise it leaves an 'interesting' looking white residue 🙄😜. Try it out and I'd love to hear your experience with it.

      @@Elizabeth_BFit Ok, thank you. I will give it a try. I've learned what my skin likes but, I will experiment if this can help my pole journey. Lol, yes the white residue can be problematic! So annoying to get rid of when that happens with products.

    Thanyou. Few people seem to understand dizziness. I'm trying to get better at spinning. No ton poles but on skates. Get so dizzy. Feel more hopeful now.

    It happens to me only when the spin is too fast and when I'm upside down. I've tried to reduce speed but I feel it doesn't get any better yet 😭

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  4 года назад +1

      It takes time and you have to slowly build speed and length of time spinning over time gradually.
