Wow I just discovered this channel. It's exactly what I've been looking for. Just chill videos walking us through the process. Then I noticed - You live in Copenhagen??? I use the darkroom at Rentemestervej. Have been considering bringing RA-4 chemicals and trying out color on our huge Durst :) Btw, you probably know this, but calculating the exposure time when resizing is super easy. You just square the fraction of heights (or widths, or diagonals whatever). So there's no need to guess. :)
In the past, they sold different contrast grade of color paper. Not anymore. There are 3 "solutions" to manipulate contrast lower or higher at this point - Preflashing the paper - Adding some chemicals to the developer (hydrogen peroxide I think?) - Doing a bleach and redevelop process The channel of "The Naked Photographer" has a playlist about RA-4 printing where he explain some of those things. I have not yet ventured there, I am still learning the basics. But I plan to explore at some point because it is interesting.

Love the fancy washi tape!
I’m trying to figure out how we can do contrast control.

@@Ybalrid I know. And the channel. But I’m sorta trying to find a film that could be used as a separation film.
