    actually this video is the only one that explains perfectly how the shoulder gets out of alignment and what it causes. Thanks..had to get back to this video.

    Thanks! This is my problem exactly! You can see my bad shoulder sitting more forward than my other shoulder and everytime I press, the anterior kills me!

      Remember to be consistent and progress resistance as able.

    Have the same occasional pain. More nuiscance but stops me from lifting. Will try this.

    Thank you ill add this with my warm ups too when I have shoulder workouts.
    If you dont have any bands try to flex the back muscles to keep tension. Visualize you are holding a band.

    Thanks one exercise that works almost immediately, I will keep doing it. Guys you can do it with a cable crossover, too.

    Very informative.
    My left shoulder X-rays came bk negative. I'm going to incorporate this exercise. Injured myself snowboarding.

    You are wright. My clicking feeling in my shoulder stop wright way after first time of exercise. I think in next 3 day will hawe proof it really works. Will not stop for next 2-3 week. Want make sure is clicking feeling is not come back. Big THANKS !!!! .

    What do you think about face pulls, or any rear delt exercise, especially the one with the cable pulls. As an alternative to what you showed here? Thanks!

    Does this help with the pop when you put your arms out to the side and rotate the shoulder inward/to the front? (Essentially rotating the hands down and shoulder forward) I hope this makes sense.

    Is this different from Rear peck deck exercise? I know the band is at a higher level than the peck deck machine where we use arms parallel to the ground. Thanks.

    I'm gonna try these everyday i tried literally everything and still have pain after 6 years :(

      Consistency is key and it sounds like you e tried to be consistent for 6 years now. This should reduce it but will require professional follow up and guidance for complete recovery

      15+ years for me. Everything I try causes severe flare-ups. I can't move my arms in the manner demonstrated, even without their band. It's too painful.

    The problem with this video is.....when the pain is so great you can't even raise your arms that high (NOT EVEN ABOVE YOUR WAIST)this advice is useless.👎👎👎👎

      Keep do much you can . Do partial. You'll see . Tray 3-4 times daily. It will start unlock that locking the same day. I had that to. I was mad first time trayed . But trayed later again. O, man start work great. Clicking feeling an pain was gone. Ewerithing is fine with my shoulder now !
