Thanks! This is my problem exactly! You can see my bad shoulder sitting more forward than my other shoulder and everytime I press, the anterior kills me!

Have the same occasional pain. More nuiscance but stops me from lifting. Will try this.

Thank you ill add this with my warm ups too when I have shoulder workouts.
If you dont have any bands try to flex the back muscles to keep tension. Visualize you are holding a band.

Does this help with the pop when you put your arms out to the side and rotate the shoulder inward/to the front? (Essentially rotating the hands down and shoulder forward) I hope this makes sense.
Is this different from Rear peck deck exercise? I know the band is at a higher level than the peck deck machine where we use arms parallel to the ground. Thanks.

I'm gonna try these everyday i tried literally everything and still have pain after 6 years :(
Consistency is key and it sounds like you e tried to be consistent for 6 years now. This should reduce it but will require professional follow up and guidance for complete recovery
Stay consistent.
15+ years for me. Everything I try causes severe flare-ups. I can't move my arms in the manner demonstrated, even without their band. It's too painful.

Yup it's bicept tendon from lack of full extention.
The problem with this video is.....when the pain is so great you can't even raise your arms that high (NOT EVEN ABOVE YOUR WAIST)this advice is useless.👎👎👎👎
Keep do much you can . Do partial. You'll see . Tray 3-4 times daily. It will start unlock that locking the same day. I had that to. I was mad first time trayed . But trayed later again. O, man start work great. Clicking feeling an pain was gone. Ewerithing is fine with my shoulder now !
