Sir I have a doubt, can we say that Fundamental rights are also constitutional rights since they are also part of the constitution?

Yes, in a way they are also guaranteed by the constitution but the most appropriate expression of them is the Fundamental Rights. That is the reason why the constituent assembly placed them in part III of the constitution unlike the other rights guaranteed by the constitution.
