It seems like the Re Berubari case and Keshavananda Bharati vs State of Kerala case are contradicting each other . I'm unable to understand that ultimately whether the preamble is a part of the constitution or not . Since the latter was judged afterwards , does that mean that the decision of this case is the ultimate ?
We add to Preamble but not deduct ? This means it will go on becoming lengthy or does it mean that we can not deduct anything beyond the original draft ?? Please clarify.

I have doubts about his Types of majority. The doubt is that Article 368 requires 2/3rd + 50+ majority. Article 61 requires 2/3rd majority support for both Lok sabha and Rajya sabha. The doubt is that when absolute majority is required to rule, there is a possibility that it cannot be achieved in 2/3rd of majority. Suppose a party has 274 and 163 members in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha respectively. There is a majority in both houses. All remaining members are held by the opposite party. According to Article 368, it is impossible to amend the constitution by a 2/3rd majority. Because 2/3rd members need opposite party cooperation to attend it. So wouldn't this be against electoral democracy? Well the framers of the constitution may have done such a process to make it difficult to amend the constitution. Let us come to Article 61. On behalf of the party with the above mentioned members, a person who is made president can act against the elected government if only 2/3rd majority of both houses can remove him, with the cooperation of the opposite party. If you look at it like that, even the non-government opposition party elected in the country can take the decisions of the government. For example he can appoint anyone he likes as governor. So please clarify this. Thanks....

It seems like the Re Berubari case and Keshavananda Bharati vs State of Kerala case are contradicting each other . I'm unable to understand that ultimately whether the preamble is a part of the constitution or not . Since the latter was judged afterwards , does that mean that the decision of this case is the ultimate ?

I have doubts about his Types of majority. The doubt is that Article 368 requires 2/3rd + 50+ majority. Article 61 requires 2/3rd majority support for both Lok sabha and Rajya sabha. The doubt is that when absolute majority is required to rule, there is a possibility that it cannot be achieved in 2/3rd of majority.
Suppose a party has 274 and 163 members in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha respectively. There is a majority in both houses. All remaining members are held by the opposite party. According to Article 368, it is impossible to amend the constitution by a 2/3rd majority. Because 2/3rd members need opposite party cooperation to attend it. So wouldn't this be against electoral democracy? Well the framers of the constitution may have done such a process to make it difficult to amend the constitution.
Let us come to Article 61. On behalf of the party with the above mentioned members, a person who is made president can act against the elected government if only 2/3rd majority of both houses can remove him, with the cooperation of the opposite party. If you look at it like that, even the non-government opposition party elected in the country can take the decisions of the government. For example he can appoint anyone he likes as governor. So please clarify this. Thanks....

Permeable is not a part of constitution initially , but by kesavandha bharathi case 1973 , it was part of constitution.premeable cannot be ammended initially but again said that it can be ammended .

Sir as a secular word was not in the original preamble, it was added through the 42nd amendment, and through keshavnanda bharti case 1973 preamble is a part of the constitution, so it can be amended too so my question is can secular word be deleted through constitutional amedment?
