- Hello everyone, for today I'm going to show you how I made Pepita from CoCo, this was a commission for a posable art doll that I was luck to have done and I hope you enjoy.
Also I'll be uploading another painting time-lapse video tomorrow so keep a eye out for that. :)

A prehistoric 'Fawkes' from Harry Potter'. Thanks for the insight on layering the feathers etc, mine (for a Fawkes Comicon shoulder puppet) are going to be free standing lace but the method you use might work really well for that as well.

Oh I love this movie it made me cry!! How do you keep your fingerprints out of the clay though?
Same here lol!
I mainly am just really careful to smooth everything out and not over touch it. It also helps to have the clay piece on something that you can hold and not have to touch the clay while working on it. Like a wire or glass jar.

The horns are wrong, they are supposed to go off to the side not straight back

trash_boy yea i agree, also the eyes are much more squinty but i am pretty sure she did the eyes big like that for style but i wish she had done them more squinted, it would be more realistic and accurate in my opinion.
