Pixar, Please stop using "LatinX." It's derogatory to native Spanish speakers. There's nothing wrong with using "Latino" to include everyone, and the vast majority of Spanish speakers are insulted by a needless correction being forced on them.

No one said men are a blueprint to anything. That's not implied at all if you're paying attention to context.
