- Hey guys so I'm doing another mystery art doll challenge, and todays challenge is dinosaur themed.

daaaaaaaamn. I love this. You have a very clear way of explaining what you're doing. I love how you sculpted the head and feet and thought pre-baking the teeth was really smart. I like how you mixed all those different mediums together to create this doll. dang it that is so cool and the video was also really well shot. I look forward to watching all your other videos haha :D
OOOh....... Can you do a Medusa or a Cerberus type creature? A multi-headed creation would be aaamaaaazing to see.

Archaeopteryx are my all time favourite dinosaur, as they are the cross over from dinosaurs to birds and I love me a good bird! 😂🐦✨ Also this turned out amazingly, it was made by you so duh.
he's so cute but personaly I would have used some store bought feathers for his tail, 'wings' and the head crest, byt thats just my style

I love this, the colors remind me of harvest corn ^^
However as an aspiring paleoartist, I can’t help myself-
The facts you presented were all very true, and you got the bird position great. They do have teeth, but they shouldn’t be THAT big and define. It feels more lizard than bird with those scales and teeth, like it came straight out of Jurassic Park and went to Gucci and bought a fur coat. The hands are also kind of Jurassic Park-y, they would also not be that intensely defined. The eyes being slitted...? It would probably be more circular like a bird eye (making em a cutie wootie lil‘ thing). Going back to the teeth, they would be a lot smaller and maybe even go unnoticed at first. Think a softer mouth (no scaly lips) that also was kind of halfway to a beak. This tiny creature would have eaten little insects and small lizards, the big teeth just wouldn’t be that helpful.
Now for artistic critique, I think that the felt feathers feel a little off amongst the detailed face and feet and big flowy feathers. Maybe it would fit in better if you used some of those fake colored feathers? You could paint them with gradients if you wanted, and also prime them to make them as stiff and pointed or soft and rounded as you wanted.

Omg this is my favorite one so far! the colors are stunning, female archeopterix will swarm around him for sure xD oh and btw I tried making the feet same way you did but after baking the scales came off and talons broke ;
if they pop off go back and glue them back on with super glue and if some look like they could pop off, pop them off yourself and glue them for support

2019 anyone? Also, BubblyLeaf, I ADORE your channel. This video made me do a challenge I call "Draw That Animal". It's where you have 5-10 Pieces of paper that say different animal names. And then you draw the animal. Like if I had "SUGAR GLIDER" I would draw a Sugar Glider. In the challenge I did use refrences (did I spell that right?) to create the 5-10 animals I chose.

Beautiful work so much detail. Recent subscriber here. Could you do a tutorial on how you make the wire frames and how you attach wires to each other? What kind of gauge the wires are etc? I'm getting ready to try my hand at sculpting and that's the part that I'm confused about how it's done.
Thagirion9 She did a video a while back of her sculpting materials, she gives the wire sizes there. ☺️

I love him one of my favorite things that you made. My favorite was the baby raptor. Could you show how you put them in the oven? Do you put them right on the pan or do you put foil or something?
Under Tailer I put them on the pan without spray but if you want to be extra careful I guess you could use foil

I suggest foil. I remember setting it on just the pan and the bottom was scratched, and brownish reddish blackish color but the top was white. Please use foil, it saves your craft.

I have to ask, do you remove the head from the glass prior or after baking?
DoTheBunnyHop ! I guess she doesn't because glass is oven safe and there wouldn't be a reason to remove it
It's the most logical... but how would you remove it from the glass without risking breaking your finished clay piece?
