Cathrine I love making this for breakfast and also if I have leftover steak I cut real thin or into small chunks and have for dinner. I also sometimes add alittle cayenne,Lol You and hubby have a wonderful day.😊

Not big on bell peppers. Does look like it could work here though I probably over do it with cheese though not to mention once in awhile throwing in a tortilla and hot sauce. I probably would just use scallions instead of bell peppers every time I watch these videos ya just make me hungry 😅 👋
Looks fantastic! One tip: break all the eggs into a bowl first. Then add them to the pan one at a time. They will separate into individual eggs as you pour them out. That way there is no waiting to crack the eggs in between dropping them into the pan and they will all cook more evenly.
I cook a dish similar to this, my Son calls it a Garbage Bowl. Yours looks better than mine!!

This dish looks so yummy! It reminds me of a breakfast dish created and named after a lady who worked at my hospitals' cafeteria...it's called the Julie! Crispy hash brown's on the bottom, topped with a slice of cheese then one egg over easy, more cheese and crumbled bacon...YUM! We would joke about it being a heart attack in a box but we still ordered it almost daily...Lol!

I made this for dinner tonight, it was soooo good! I used an entire 12 oz package of bacon. I'd never used simply potatoes before, they're really tasty. Thank you for putting this recipe out, we really enjoyed it!

Love your show and recipes! I have a suggestion. Place a bowl on your counter, line it with a grocery bag and use it as your trash bowl. It may save you from throwing your eggs to your trash can. But it is funny. You are very entertaining
I have a bowl in my sink and that's what I toss my egg shells in.

Flavor wise green bell pepper is my favorite.When I make chili or Spaghetti I use the green,red and yellow.I love color's.And always onions.

Only one thing I won't eat is potatoes with any kind of garlic near it.

That's , absolutely , delicious. My personal preference is less meat, more veggies such as sweet green, red, yellow peppers and no onions. To each their own! The bottom line is, it's a great meal, not just for breakfast, lunch too and it keeps you all day!
