For anyone wondering why black flame tornado did so much damage against the big dragon, it’s because black flame and destined death’s damage scale off enemy Hp. Easy way to put it, more enemy hp = more damage

reminds me of the final battle of Chrono Trigger. in BOTH phases, the boss(es) have an ability called "protective seal" that can break your equipment that protects from status effects. there are two helmets that have that effect-oops, i just looked them up and there are 3 types: the VIgil hat, the Gloom helm, and the Prism helmet. -the Gloom helm is a one-of a kind helmet only Magus can use. the Prism helms are DEFINITELY the best for that battle, because they can actually RECOVER from that spell between phases, so you will be protected at the beginning of the true final phase, the Lavos Core. PS: to get them, you have to complete both of the "rainbow shell" side-quests.

I think one of the convergence spells is to OP even just for the mod but still that’s only 1

From the runs that ive watched ive seen that theres quite a lot of spells and incantations that are genuinely amazing. Some are op and some are not very good. Its a good selection just like that base game even if there is more

Have you considered doing an "Erza Scarlet" build where you only use summoned weapon spells like Carian Slicer, Gavel of Haima, Adula's Moonblade, etc.
I'm too lazy to check if someone suggested it, but a Nox Sisterhood build could be cool. Either with the mimic or the nox sisters ashes. Definitely my favourite looking set of armour in the game
Little fun fact, people have actually tested the damage of Black Flame Tornado. Since it hits multiple times, and each hit has its own DoT effect, it goes from ~2% to ~13%. And to my knowledge this has never gotten a nerf.
Black Flame, as far as I know, when cast by the matching seal and fully charged deal 3% baseline total HP, tick off 5% and usually eat about 2% on the first tick... then again that was back in the first month of ER and that save got corrupted and I haven't used them since... too op overall...

If you're taking suggestions for more starting classes, unsure if you've done it before but Moongrum's entire kit is obtainable without fighting almost any bosses (gotta get past the radagon dog to tussle with the man himself for his shield). I've been running through myself slowly with it and it's pretty fun, only struggled against Rennala so far due to her high magic resist

Apologies if you already knew this, but given how annoying it can be to farm for pre-pickled feet, there's a stack of 3 feet on a catapult to the southeast of the Windmill Village grace. If you're in the area for any reason on a run, it'd save you some headache of killing birds near the Impassable Greatbridge.
Not sure for PC but on PS (since you're using a controller) one of the shoulder buttons cycles through the armor slots so you don't have to cancel out and what not each time... not sure this'll ever come up again but...

i can't help but think of a video i saw where someone made the summoned characters do all the fighting, and stood back and just cast healing spells. Rykard was a big problem, he eventually resorted to grabbing that special spear, upgrading it, then summoning the Mimic Tear while equipped with it.
Video Idea I think one of the factions knights would be cool for a build, either Godrick, Redmane, Cuckoo or even Gelmir. You could use the weapons they drop or weapons they look good with. (Ex: Flamberge w/ Gelmir knight)

The presence of the Noble on the Bridge is another one of those lore things that has me scratching my head. Like, yes, maybe he's there to get the skin off Ranni's Kentucky Fried Corpse... but... OK. Weird theory. Empyreans seem to have some form of multiform nature - Marika and Radagon, Miquella and St. Trina, and so on. Gloam-Eyed Queen is an Empyreal, and so is Ranni. What if GEQ was another "form" of Ranni? That helps explain why Ranni's spirit form eye matches Melina's, and how Ranni even knew the Rune of Death was with Maliketh - she used its power before, and stole it back. Weird idea, probably wrong, but fun to think of. Solid video, love the idea of the weapon, may have to give it a run myself.
the godskin noble is there in order to retrieve Ranni's half of the cursemark of death, since it's a part of the Destined Death that was taken from the godskins/gloam-eyed queen

Farum duo is after maliketh, Carlos tower protects the gloam great sword, rykard dude is working with the god devourer (and the most likely source of their ‘inhuman physiology’), and windmill village is there as leader of the godskin celebrants.
I need to use more Black Flame incantations against Malenia, my next run. I really wish that Black Flame Blade lasted longer. If it lasted 60 or even 30 seconds, I'd use it exclusively instead of Bloodflame Blade. Also, Scarlet Rot is why Flame Cleanse Me never leaves my spell list.
Biggest number(s) I know is the Tree shenanigans. While Tree(3) is already almost incalculably large, you could have Tree(4), Tree(100!), hell even Tree(Tree(3)). Because you can just keep putting bigger numbers into the function, I'm just gonna say that the biggest number I know is Tree.

I used the godskin Stitcher with bft to beat mogh my first time. If you actually use the tear you can just spam it in his phase transition, worked well even with minimum faith.

No dodging, mandatory jumps only, minimal dodging by positioning, pick a spot of the boss, and stick to it like glues as best you can until the boss either, moves away, or knocks you away. Dodging grabs, and being carried by summons are frowned upon, but allowed if necessary.
I know you don’t really need to make gilka easier, but you can ride on torrent in her fight for some reason. So you can just kinda ride around behind her at hit her so, there you go.
The flock's canvas and alexander jar shard would also work great with this, and maybe the fire scorpion if you're okay with the defense drop you take from it

Biggest number(s) I know is the Tree shenanigans. While Tree(3) is already almost incalculably large, you could have Tree(4), Tree(100!), hell even Tree(Tree(3)). Because you can just keep putting bigger numbers into the function, I'm just gonna say that the biggest number I know is Tree.

I used the godskin Stitcher with bft to beat mogh my first time. If you actually use the tear you can just spam it in his phase transition, worked well even with minimum faith.

No dodging, mandatory jumps only, minimal dodging by positioning, pick a spot of the boss, and stick to it like glues as best you can until the boss either, moves away, or knocks you away. Dodging grabs, and being carried by summons are frowned upon, but allowed if necessary.
I know you don’t really need to make gilka easier, but you can ride on torrent in her fight for some reason.

A variety, but ritual sword and shield for sure. This would also hit with the combo talismans we just didn't take.time to grab them
The flock's canvas and alexander jar shard would also work great with this, and maybe the fire scorpion if you're okay with the defense drop you take from it
