- A secret starting class here and there is fun, sure, but what if you could have TWO AT THE SAME TIME?!? Check out this aPEELing build using the Godskin set, the Godskin Peeler, the Godskin Stitcher, Black Flame, and the Black Flame Tornado Ash of War to skin all remembrances in the Lands Between... even Malenia!

For anyone wondering why black flame tornado did so much damage against the big dragon, it’s because black flame and destined death’s damage scale off enemy Hp. Easy way to put it, more enemy hp = more damage

reminds me of the final battle of Chrono Trigger.
in BOTH phases, the boss(es) have an ability called "protective seal" that can break your equipment that protects from status effects.
there are two helmets that have that effect-oops, i just looked them up and there are 3 types: the VIgil hat, the Gloom helm, and the Prism helmet.
-the Gloom helm is a one-of a kind helmet only Magus can use.
the Prism helms are DEFINITELY the best for that battle, because they can actually RECOVER from that spell between phases, so you will be protected at the beginning of the true final phase, the Lavos Core.
PS: to get them, you have to complete both of the "rainbow shell" side-quests.

Have you considered doing an "Erza Scarlet" build where you only use summoned weapon spells like Carian Slicer, Gavel of Haima, Adula's Moonblade, etc.
@@TheNeoLoneWolfhe’d have to actually use those spells, and the only one he likes is Carian Slicer, so it’d probably just be that the whole time.
You know that the spells are good when Tulok has a melee weapon, but still uses the spells just as much.

Some of it does great against people who have a lot of health. Im glad we got more stuff for it in the Convergence Mod
@@frostyelwood9898it’s weird like I feel like I can’t complain about the base games selection cause I was fielding for my Dark Pyromancy in Ds3 but only got 3 so Elden Rings like 6 - 7 are like what I wanted but the convergence mod does it so nicely! I think one of the convergence spells is to OP even just for the mod but still that’s only 1
@@Grimsly3736 i really do like the Convergence Mod but i cant ever play it since i only play on Xbox. From the runs that ive watched ive seen that theres quite a lot of spells and incantations that are genuinely amazing. Some are op and some are not very good. Its a good selection just like that base game even if there is more

Fun fact! If you choose the Male young voice 1 for your character, you have the same voice as the Godskin apostle due to a shared Voice Actor

I'm too lazy to check if someone suggested it, but a Nox Sisterhood build could be cool. Either with the mimic or the nox sisters ashes. Definitely my favourite looking set of armour in the game
Puppets are Nightmaiden and Swordstress. There is still space for monk =3
Little fun fact, people have actually tested the damage of Black Flame Tornado. Since it hits multiple times, and each hit has its own DoT effect, it goes from ~2% to ~13%.
And to my knowledge this has never gotten a nerf.

Black Flame, as far as I know, when cast by the matching seal and fully charged deal 3% baseline total HP, tick off 5% and usually eat about 2% on the first tick... then again that was back in the first month of ER and that save got corrupted and I haven't used them since... too op overall...

The Blackflame monks have primo drip, I killed the guy in Caelid Basement so much for it. 😂 Guess that's a little too close to this though.

If you want to revert back to classic strength Unga bunga build after so much dex and faith, I’d recommend an Omenkiller build.

While hardswapping armour you can press r1 to switch to the next armour slot without pressing cicrle and selecting each slot every time. It's faster and takes less inputs. Outside of silly challange runs like these, its also useful in normal game when you're on low hp and royal remains set would be in handy.
Tulok, you can hit R1 and L1 in the equpiment menu to switch between armor and weapon slots. Hope it helps

If you're taking suggestions for more starting classes, unsure if you've done it before but Moongrum's entire kit is obtainable without fighting almost any bosses (gotta get past the radagon dog to tussle with the man himself for his shield).
I've been running through myself slowly with it and it's pretty fun, only struggled against Rennala so far due to her high magic resist

I remember my first play through running into the Godskin Apostle in that windmill farm. Took me about 8 -10 tries but after beating him I was like this is the coolest looking boss in the game!

I think one of the factions knights would be cool for a build, either Godrick, Redmane, Cuckoo or even Gelmir.
You could use the weapons they drop or weapons they look good with. (Ex: Flamberge w/ Gelmir knight)
Not sure for PC but on PS (since you're using a controller) one of the shoulder buttons cycles through the armor slots so you don't have to cancel out and what not each time... not sure this'll ever come up again but...
I tried doing this run on my own and getting that sword early genuinely made me deplete every Trina lily pre Altus trying to cheese it with sleep and crit. Baiting attack AI was a very clever solution brother, cheers

I would like to see an omenkiller build. You can get the armor set (with the exception of the helmet in the capital) and both weapons to powerstance quickly by running immediately to altus, mt gelmir. the crucible breath incant to really round off the cosplay makes for a nice side objective too, since it requires fully progressing lady taniths quest. would be fun to see
i can't help but think of a video i saw where someone made the summoned characters do all the fighting, and stood back and just cast healing spells.
Rykard was a big problem, he eventually resorted to grabbing that special spear, upgrading it, then summoning the Mimic Tear while equipped with it.
Trying to remember: Who's that in-between prisoner and Tanjiro? The Samurai-looking dude w/ hearts around him.

I used the godskin Stitcher with bft to beat mogh my first time. If you actually use the tear you can just spam it in his phase transition, worked well even with minimum faith.

I abused that son of a gun like a total crutch in my first playthrough and I still grab it for when I can't be bothered with a boss now
An Every Hit Run would actually be kinda funny: You’re only allowed to damage the boss if they hit you with every different attack in their arsenal first. Same goes for phase transitions.

5:36 rn I’m maining the godskin peeler using cold on it. With the ice stomp And it feels like a match made in heaven until I run into a rock monster. I’m hoping this build shows me an alternative to the peeler with my current stats. I just have dex. And a tiny bit of faith.

Using Torrent for the godskin apostle fight at the top of the windmill makes the fight so easy. Idk who needs to hear this but up until recently I was only fighting him on foot but it's basically a free fight on horseback.

How you made it to Leyendell is how I made it on my first playthrough. It wasn't until I watched other people play this game after I beat it that Dragon Sentinel was a boss in this game I just thought it was a regular NPC since I just ran past him in Farum Azula to fight Maliketh.
It's how I still go to Letendell on my playthrough it's just my standard. That's what it means to be an open world game.
Dex/Faith seems like the best stats to focus on for versatility.

I am once again asking you to use the bow to maintain stance pressure when a boss uses an aoe attack to keep you at a distance. Could have made that apostle a little easier.

Apologies if you already knew this, but given how annoying it can be to farm for pre-pickled feet, there's a stack of 3 feet on a catapult to the southeast of the Windmill Village grace. If you're in the area for any reason on a run, it'd save you some headache of killing birds near the Impassable Greatbridge.

What are the talismans and physick tears for the end game? This build looks like good fun
A variety, but ritual sword and shield for sure. This would also hit with the combo talismans we just didn't take.time to grab them
The flock's canvas and alexander jar shard would also work great with this, and maybe the fire scorpion if you're okay with the defense drop you take from it
Biggest number(s) I know is the Tree shenanigans. While Tree(3) is already almost incalculably large, you could have Tree(4), Tree(100!), hell even Tree(Tree(3)). Because you can just keep putting bigger numbers into the function, I'm just gonna say that the biggest number I know is Tree.
