For comparison purposes, a 1080p bluray has a bitrate of around 40mbps and 1080p streaming is around 5-20mbps.

Very helpful info - I wonder though, is there a "sweet spot" for the Target Bitrate that you can kind of set it and forget it...or do you have to change it depending on each video?

Unfortunately changing those settings did nothing, in-fact my overall file size increased from 300mb to 600mb
