A more serene version plays when Willow is writing on Tara in her dream, so that's why I think it's called body paint, but then again, i could be wrong. But this particular version is the exact version played in Giles' dream.
I know. I was just saying (a year ago now, I might add... lol) that the song is played during Giles' dream so the description of the video: Buffy questions Adam and Riley before painting her face - isn't technically correct. I think it's called Body Paint because of when Giles looks at Buffy at the end of the song and her face is covered in paint.
