Hi mate, I think as long as the notch is no less than 100mm then it’s enough for engineering. It varies state to state but I’d recommend chatting to an engineer close to you to see what they will pass. Hope this helps.
That is a beautiful build, was it a plow truck in its old day's? Or is it from Australia? I know you could get the F series in the US. with RHD but it was a special order for plow trucks and mail carriers.
