NA$CAR is a business rather than a sport at this point. That's prolly why unfortunately. At least Rick Ware tried to save his career, as much as we crap on him and his team.
Love how the broadcast caught me and our tire changer running to the wrong side of the car at 4:00. Had no idea we had been caught up in that accident until after the race since we had no radios. 😂
If that's you with the tire, it looks like you knew right away that work needed to be done on the left side and only headed that way because the tire changer instinctively flew around to the RR haha
@@ba.diecast24 More or less, we never head to the left side first so that was just our instinct. Looking back now I just hope I didn’t put the right side tire on the left side lol
Funny , I remember as a little kid at my home track (Merced speedway) they had a wreckfest in the (now defunct) California little truck series (4 truck main) 55 cautions & 27 wrecks
The way things are going in ARCA these days, it'll be down to "which Venturini-owned car will win this week?", because Bill and his family seem to be about all that's left there.
I'm not sure but I think I watched this race back then. Three takes: Theriault was way too good to be done with racing already. Bo LeMastus was a danger to himself and others. Nowadays every truck race is more chaotic than this.
I was at this race. I don't remember much from it (my brain moreso remembers the boring as shit Xfinity series race the next day, probably just because I spent it with some friends), but I do remember getting a lug nut from one of the drivers (I didn't really follow ARCA back then, dude was wearing a black firesuit but that's really all I remember), dude told us to root for him to win. He didn't, but it was still a fun experience. I went to the ARCA race the next year, I remember a lot more from that one
4:03 I like how you didn’t even try to pronounce Con Nicolopoulos’ name lol. I don’t blame you, personally. You could just call Con by his nickname, “Fat Man Con” Pronounciation is - “Nick-Oh-Lop-Oh-luss”
They were all Gen 4 cars, but some of them had a new type of body which was inspired by the Gen 6 cars. ARCA still uses Gen 4 chassis to this day, but the Gen 4 bodies have been phased out.
It's so weird seeing names like Sheldon Creed, Ty Majeski, Chase Purdy, Shane Lee, and Riley Herbst in the ARCA series knowing where they are now
Zane Smith too
Idk why Theriault is all but out of the sport guy is super talented
He is running for state legislature in Maine
@@JBCAmerica I was not expecting that at all.

I agree. Austin Theriault was a very underrated racer. What ever happened to him?
@@williamseaman176 I wonder if his Las Vegas truck crash messed him up any

I think Kentucky deserves a second chance seeing how the next gen has performed so far
Funny , I remember as a little kid at my home track (Merced speedway) they had a wreckfest in the (now defunct) California little truck series (4 truck main) 55 cautions & 27 wrecks
The most impressive part of this wreckfest video is how Natalie decker was in the race and not once mentioned
Tbf she wasn't That bad in Arca

austin's career is really sad knowing that he never got a proper ride opportunity 2018 onwards .

“Still grinding on each other!”
PAUSE
Yeah, Bo LeMastus is from Jasper, IN, not Louisville, KY as the commentators thought
Damn these cars had no grip
I remember racing at Kentucky and when you enter turn 2 you actually had to turn the wheel to the right to keep from getting to loose
You should do 2018 kansas. That was a crazy race too
Arca wreckdest should just be a summary of each weekends arca race
Happy new year

The irony of the Chevrolet on board camera being on a Ford of Majeski.

Damn. Is this what it is gonna be like when I join ARCA?
8:32 Shoutout to Creed with that save
Big shoutout to Sheldon Creed for driving a car that looks like Davey Allison famous #28.
I believe the 3 car was sort of cannibalized after it crashed to fix the 2 car after it backed into the wall late in practice.
Why is thier a previous gen car mixed in, is arca bring whatever stock car that can keep pace
4:14 My favorite gen.... Gen 4 How I miss you even though I was born in '05 I did see you for tow and haft years. #gen6bully
ehh can't blame you, I was born in '07 and I have to grow up with both gen 4 and 5
Back when ARCA was a real stock car series
As opposed to?
more ARCA vids plz
I see Herbst has always been a disaster of a driver
The only track in arca that can get a croud is berlin raceway
need to bring back racing to KY speedway
I couldn’t stand Kentucky
Why are there Gen 4 cars running with Gen 6 cars?
Backmarker teams used to be allowed to run the gen 4 bodies, to my knowledge they can't do that anymore
@@oogrelover6927 guess I'll be using gen 6

Is it me or is arca getting old nascars? :v
some of those are the old gen 4 chassis
Man ARCA is not safe from carnage lol
Neither is the Cup series with the Gen 7 lol
