I still remember the first time I bought Tony's "Maximum Security" album on "cassette tape" (whatever those things were!! LOL!) and was totally blown away from start to finish. You remind me so much of him! Thanks for keeping his spirit alive in your own music!

IF those are real hard wood floors and those speakers are about two thirds the way in that room (a position Satriani recommends in his memoir Strange Beautiful Music), while the windows are covered, the sound emanating through that Desert Metal Energy Vortex has got to be indescribably amazing!!!

@@indranilchowdhury1826 shredding is what Andy James is all about..(that's why he only has a couple of those somewhat "non shredding " songs...but even in those he shreds.)...but those 2 songs you mentioned are great songs as well.
@@archkarr18 yeah I agree with you , nonetheless if listen to "Bella's song" or the intro of "welcome to the crazy maze"( the intro only upto the point Andy starts to shred) or his earlier works on a six string you would have to agree with me that he is a master melody maker. I'm saying that he should do more of the melodic stuff mixed with his shredding skills. After all Andy is known for his shredding techniques. Having said that I miss his simple melodic songs.

The drums and bass are very thick sounding like they do, and the guitar riffs are very Zoltan Bathoryish lol...thats not a bad thing. The song sounds fucking killer and Im glad I listened! Maybe include this idea into the next FFDP album, Andy? One can dream lol
