I just discovered your channel. You have the most comforting voice I have ever heard. I absolutely love the stories about your past. Your ATM story is extremely understandable. I may have done the same thing. Very enjoyable video. I'm glad I can watch all your other videos.
@@andycyrusac it's unique, especially if you are coming from countries like the US where the Police are like, they own your right to life. Here in the USA a traffic offense can get you shot, in Uganda a 10$ bribe is all it costs to settle.
Kampala is a great city, apart from the traffic in central Kampala, amazing vibration of the country and always nice to come and visit, Over the years grown so much and having good places to eat and for the entertainment.
Oh and you're an Arain? So how do u identify yourself as? East African, East African Indian or East African Pakistani? Do you have some connections still to either Pakistan or India? Thank you, Sir.
I was at that same spot 4 years ago and was spending my night at yahoo guest house very clean and affordable. very welcoming people and friendly. soon will visit them back.
😂🤣 that street, just remembered a story one night back at the University when a friend and i got left by a boda boda at the acacia street because we spent all out pocket money at the bar and didn't have enough money to get back to hostel 😂. We walked for a while and found a way. In Kampala you always find a way.
How traffic flows is very interesting. Looks like,...get in where you fit in and keep it moving. No speed limit. No pedestrian crossing. No school zone. I'm wondering do you even need a driver's license ?
rose kakuru... you should go back to Uganda... contribute to the development of the place ... This is a real a basket case of a Third World country !!!

Enjoy your videos quite a bit having lived in Kampala for many years and specifically in this neighbourhood. Really interesting to see all the changes. Visited the city twice over the last decade or so. I can't help but wonder about your frequent visits to K'la.
I love Kampala but Ugandan night life 33:26 scares me. There are very few street lights. One time I was walking in Entebee at night with a cake and I fell in a ditch on the side of the street. Cake was all over my face and hands. 🍰🤣👐🎂
I really appreciate the authenticity of your videos. I'm also intrigued by how calm, collected and fearless you are to put yourself out there in these places. I can only come to the conclusion that you understand well how to conduct your etiquette and mannerisms. I'd be interested to hear your narrative on that. As an American who genuinely wants to visit there, but has reservations about my safety, I think your input and insights would be very valuable.
It's really a safe place. though there are still the common city problems. Of maybe someone snatching your purse. But that's every place. So basically it's as safe as any other place can be.
Love this video! Like you and Felix I am very fond of aimless wandering. I've wandered in lots of U.S. states over the years. Would love to see Kampala!
It must've been a interesting childhood traveling all over the place growing up. I saw a video of this city from someone else's vlog and the city looked dusty and ramshackle but you showed a better side. Are you originally American? Know any other languages besides English?

In the video I never saw any women wearing shorts but I guess that's the fashion in Uganda.

Wow beautiful dog
I like this one particularly because the paths and sidewalks are full of people (and a dog).
Walks past a bar and we hear "Newcastle United waiting for their first shot on target".. that rings a bell.... best wishes Newcastle UK

I noticed that even if the weather os hot, they don’t wear shorts.
The color of the road is orange.
Ugandan soil is red just like it is in Atlanta, Georgia.... there's nothing mother nature can do yo fix it.
