The piece of sht reported it to the police, and my friend had to pay 6K to the burglar, who spent zero days in jail.
Oh, and regarding the squatters, if someone steals your house, forget it, you can do nothing, and the authoritites can't kick them out. You lost the house that you still have to pay for. I am not kidding. I know that it sounds like I am lying, but I am not, you can do a little research.

I’m currently in the hiring process for Virginia State Police and from what I know and have heard, you don’t mess with a state trooper from ANY state. Troopers are trained in driving techniques so you’ll never out drive them.
