I just changed by router and can't seem to re-connect to alexa. sonos one works fine, but alexa does not work even when i press the mic button. no white dot. any suggestions? i've also uninstalled the sonos skill in alexa app as well as totally deleting the old speaker in sonos.
That felt like a waste of my time. You said you were going to convey how to re-set "any Sonos speaker." You even acknowledged at the beginning that there are different generations of Sonos speakers. You then noted that there is an infinity button on newer models and shoed us where to find it but you never came back to tell those of us have Sonos speakers WITHOUT an infinity button, what to do. :(

My mother in law was gifted a full sonos setup from someone from her job just they’re account is still signed to it and we can’t use it
