Yeah I just got my machine on monday, the installation guys started the very first program (cleaning of the drum) they left and as soon as the machine had to perform the very first pump action it was not working at all... So they deliver them actually broken from the start sometimes... Also the display is not working porpperly. Sometimes you are getting a "monday machine" as we call them in Germany. ^^

Pump is making a humming sound, or whining sound. I cleaned the whole pump earlier, nothing there.
