Ha, that second one got a nice goose egg out of it by the looks of the windshield.

Tailgater probably thinks he did nothing wrong and doesn't know why they flashed their light.
If someone is driving slow and I'm behind them. I would be almost close to there bumper. They drive slow in the fast lane in Ohio. Also, it's illegal to have bright lights on the rear of the vehicle.
@@michaelcandela1107 It's illegal to use them like the 4-runner did, but also when there is a 2nd open lane and no traffic, you can simply pass slower traffic instead of tailgating them like an idiot.

True, but at those single lane dual purpose entrance/exit lanes, the exiting traffic needs to time it a little better than what we saw in the clip. They began exiting when the line was still solid with the cammer right next to them.
@@jp1087 They were both trying to merge over the white line. But in any case, highway traffic has the right-of-way to exit before anyone merges on. It's a _cloverleaf interchange,_ and it only works if mergers give way to highway traffic. Unless, of course, the merger was already much further up the dashed line. But even if that burgundy sedan hadn't been exiting, the dashcammer would have been doing an unsafe lane change directly into the path of moving traffic.
Also almost guarantee cammer had a yield sign conveniently right before vid starts. Every cloverleaf like that I have ever seen is merge traffic yield.

You're hearing it through a tiny dash cam speaker. What they hear is completely different.

7:30 I dunno if cammer got it right... Looks more like the silver chevy forced the SUV out of their lane, who looks like they were established in their lane for a while. And the SUV booked it our of there... and the chevy gave chase as how dare anyone not allow me to get over.
Read it again. The cammer said they witnessed the SUV force their way over, and the Chevy driver was not to be messed with, because of what you just saw.

@@critthought2866 Jaywalking is the act of pedestrians crossing a street outside a designated crosswalk or intersection.
@@paulwilliams819 It is also the act of crossing when it is illegal. In this case, it was illegal to cross, hence jaywalking.
The term does not just mean one thing, and depends on jurisdiction.

This means that what most people refer to as jaywalking is generally not considered illegal in Florida. However, some behaviors that constitute jaywalking are unlawful in Florida. For example, crossing a street when there is a red light showing is illegal in Florida."
We can argue the semantics all day, but jaywalking in the broad sense is a pedestrian crossing the street illegally, and crossing against the light *is* illegal.
Half of these videos wouldn't exist if people stopped trying to prevent lane changes.
But no, cry hards need to rage about being "cut off," instead of letting off the gas a bit and getting on with their day.
