Hoy e disculpa tengo un problema con mi tablet máx west tan 7300 que me meto a una aplicación me aparece que lamentablemente se detuvieron más aplicaciones
a) in the maxwest webpage there is no download files for the tablet 10QC.
and
b) the phoenixusbpro is different to the one you are showing in your video. I do have the .img file but I do not have the key file the system is asking. What is your opinion about this, how can I proceed any help will be very appreciated. If this helps, my tablet information is:

I tried to reboot, reset to factory, but without any success. I also have the CD room that came with the tablet. Looking the files that the CD has, I can identify the PhoenixUSB pro version. Following your video I tried to do the "same" with my tablet but I find out that:

I have a TAB-9155K I gave to my niece and she for got here password, so what I did was try a Reset by doing the PWR+VolDwn at the same time but it did not work. I tried the Volup also, so I decided to do a reset using the microsd card method, using the rar 9150. it worked but now I cant connect to the internet using WiFi.
When I turn it on it turns itself off after a few sec.
Did I pick the wrong rar file?

Hey i checked the website and i can't seem to find any of their downloads with the link u gave me. It's a MaxWest TAB-7100. Do u know any alternative site or somewhere i can retrieve the file from. And also how do you hard reset using buttons.
going crazy trying to repair my maxwest tablet 7150. i followed the instructions to a t but still get error.I even went to your mega download and downloaded the phoenix card but still the same. When i go to the green phoenix card click into it the box opens up. then on the image file box i put the 7150 image then click burn.then it says formatting the card. then in about 20 seconds it says phoenix card microsoft some Chinese letters then stop working.i tried it over 50 times and even tried to use a friends computer to see if something was wrong with mine but still says the same.Rick can you please help me out or anyone else.

Hi, I purchased a Maxwest Tab91dc about 2 months ago, it started giving trouble to come on, when you press the power button you get no power, however after half hour trying it comes on, with it on, the power button works fine to go into and out of standby mode . can you Please advise

got a 78dc and I can't restore it. I need your help. I looked up software and they have 77dc and I can't download Phoenixcard 3.06
Now I have another issue, I have the 9150 tablet, It won't auto rotate it is stuck on only one position. That's not even my problem, my problem is that when I touch the buttons it won't work, if i scroll down it scrolls up, if I point to the top button it points to the bottom. How do I fix this?

I just purchased a 7370DC from company that was selling out. The external sd card mounts as unwritable and because the unit is not rooted, I can't change it. I went to the maxwest website downloads, but there is no firmware for 7370DC. Do you know where I can find it?
***** Thank you very much! FYI, I figured out how to edit the platform.xml file using adb through Google’s Android SDK. This seemed safer than trying to fool around with the firmware since all I needed was to be able to mount the external sd card writable. Thanks for the link in case I need it in the future. Very nice tablet!

I have an ASTRO 8R tablet that has a screenlock pin, that I do not remember, and the google account that is on it, I don't have access to anymore. I did a factory reset but it says I still need pin. How do I bypass that. There is nothing about the astro 8r except unboxing it!! Why is that. You can't do the same thing with this one that the video for the nitro says
Sadly with Android updates a lot of functions from 10 years ago may not still work. Send me your exact model and I can check with them when i get in tomorrow.

***** Hi man, thanks for the answer, the thing is that I did the reinstall because the tablet detects wifi networks but won't connect, I've tried many networks. so, I reinstalled and tried all 3 versions: A, B and C. A and B worked (I mean it didnt brick) but still wifi won't connect. Do you have any idea about what I could try?

Ok. I've been searching for a lot of firmware packs for the tablet I'm trying to reset but not a single one will work. The model of this tablet is TAB-7155 (Note: not the 7155DC tablet, which is dual core), but I just can't find the proper firmware for this tablet. I've used several firmware packages provided on the Maxwest webpage (TAB 7150 A to E) but the tablet won't give any sign of life when trying to reboot it while the micro SD card is inserted on the slot or it will just show an error that says "sprite update error: fail to scan flash information sprite update error: current card sprite failed now hold the machine", and it does nothing. Have you faced an issue like this before? Thank you for your help.
I used another SD card, but it didn't work. I have seen there is a lot of people having troubles when searching the factory firmware for this tablet. I saw another video when someone repaired successfully this tablet using the disc included with it when purchased. So I went with this friend of mine (the owner of the tablet) and ask her about this disc. She gave it to me and then, only then, I could reset the tablet successfully. Hi, I have a MAXWEST TAB-900, FCC ID # YNFTAB900
I had to reset the tablet because i forgot the password, so i went to the webpage

the flash was successful but after turning back on the tablet..the touch (digitizer) doesnt work, also it seems it doesnt rotate.

Joshua Neal Same exact thing happened to me... The thing is a piece of junk if you ask me. Maxwest and their garbage website can go out of business anytime they want.

Thanks, this worked! If you get stuck at the screen that shows chinese, click the button on the lower left and switch it to the only other option. Also, when I clicked "Switch", it shut the tablet off into a special mode and my computer didn't pick up the drivers...you have to go to device manager and force it to install the drivers, located somewhere in the Tab folder you downloaded.

About one month ago, a error message started to appear when I want to open the gallery app. "Unfortunatelly, the process android.process.media has stopped" or "Unfortunatly, Gallery has stopped". (When I connect the Tablet to the Laptop, the pictures are there, but again I can not open the Gallery app on the tablet.)

Sometimes a bad battery could be causing all these problems in the first place, make sure tab is conectected to the charger while performing anykind of reset .

this didnt work for me, i have the TAB-9160K and it does the green but when i turn it back on the tablet doesnt work. My problem is that the wifi will not even turn on. if there is another way to fix this can you help me please.

no, i never got it fixed. it still sits in the box at home.
i tried to re-installing the firmware again but i cant turn on the wifi.. that problem begun with the first firmware that i installed

do not use the burn method instead download google services apk from here pollux.androidapksfree.com/polluxdata/5a81bbbbe2e6c8aab95b223123fefc99/com.google.android.gms_v10.2.97-(030-146062190)-10297030_Android-4.0.apk and reboot the tablet or phone and this should work.
Also download this from the tablet or phone itself and install the file after download.
