    Only the Sabatti Tactical Evo US version(26 inch barrel) is compatible with aics mag, not the 28inch straigth heavy barrel version, on the video it's a mix of 2 models(maybe for some country but it's strange). The trigger is adjustable, from factory it is "at the middle", in my opinion excellent like this (out of the box), but you can get lighter if you adjust at minimum.

    I have a gen 1 U.S model with 6.5CM and shot 1/2 inch group at 300 yd with Prime ammo. Action and trigger quality is not metting my expectations, however I was blown away.

      The Evo is a definite progression on the action.

    I find it disappointing that gun manufacturers skimp on having integrally adjustable butts on their riflestocks. I was used 10m olympic air rifles with adjustable butts (adjustable by lenght and height) over 20yrs ago now. Why are so many rifles manufacturers so slow to change?
    Other than that quibble, great review 👍, informative and comprehensive.

      It always comes down to cost, unfortunately. I bet it would add a couple of hundred quid to the price of the EVO. Glad you liked the video!

    Hello
    How are you
    a greeting from Spain
    I recently bought a SABATTI TACTICAL EVO BLACK in 6.5 caliber creedmor
    Could you tell me which picatinny rail you installed in your EVO
    THANK YOU

      @GunMartTV  3 года назад +2

      Hi Juan Carlos, the rifle came fitted with an unmarked Picatinny rail. I am pretty sure that the UK distributor for Sabatti gets them into the country with the rail pre-fitted. I recommend getting in touch with the Spanish distributor and see if they can help you.

    Hey. Is there any chance that this system fits into a rem700 chassis and take rem700 triggers? Or is it all proprietary?

    • @GunMartTV
      @GunMartTV  3 года назад +1

      It all proprietary as far as I am aware. I wouldn't touch the trigger personally, it is really nice. Oh, and take a look at the ST18 if you fancy a chassis system

      The bottom of the action is flat as Winchesters. Trigger definitely needs to be improved. A lot of creep like 2 stage trigger at 2lbs but it’s shootable when you get used.

    What is the effective range for this rifle?

    • @GunMartTV
      @GunMartTV  3 года назад

      People have recorded hits on steel out to 1 mile + with rifles chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, I have no doubt this rifle could do the same. It all depends on what you mean by effective.
