the first 100k in investment was the hardest. Then gradually compounding take place over time and regular investment. Now the passive income per year is at least 200k in the superannuation environment, not counting contribution.

Hi Irene, just wondering with the anticipated coming rate cuts in 2024. Is it worthwhile to invest in bond ETF holding LT bond underlying assets now even though I have notice some of the bond price has already priced in the anticipated rate cuts. Thank you 😊
Hi Angelo, the bond prices would rise when the interest rate decreases, vise versa. That's why we saw most of the bond ETFs suffered in 2023. I personally would trim my bond holdings down (in ETF) as they are dragging my entire portfolio 's performance down and I plan to hold the shares long term.
