Everything Montolit makes is good quality. You can really see the quality in that blade just by looking at it. And also, if you guys have used it for 2 years and it’s still going strong, that’s definitely good enough for me. Great review.
My favorite blade for porcelain is the "Comet" ultra thin turbo mesh blade from OXtools. It cuts very clean and fast due to how thin of a strip is being removed. Its kind of tapered so it cuts thin then smooths out the edges as you go deeper. Its not as aggressive on the sides of the blade as your traditional turbo blade. If you put the angle grinder on a sliding rail the cut can be visible, looks factory. When i was learning how to cut porcelain everyone seemed to recommend continuous but i always get chipping and it struggles a bit more going through
I have been doing tile and stone for a long time with many many hours using a 5" grinder and had only a few times needed to remove the guard. I see a lot videos of tile setters not using the guard for some reason and I'm not sure why.. maybe it's the cool thing to do. There's so many more benefits to using the guard than not using it, the most important is safety. Just curious what's your benefit? I really do enjoy your stuff
We can see the line much better for accurate cuts. If we use metal cut off wheels etc. we will put on the guard as those break much easier. Thanks for the watch!
This looks a great blade mate, the only problem I have, is over here the health and safety nutjobs will boot you off site for grinding without the guard on the grinder....would a normal guard cover the wheel or would I need the deeper hooded guard?
What is the best 7 inches diamond blade for a porta cable table top saw? Ive currently been using the pearl blade but I have problems with arbor fitting some times and its has a mean wobble when first using. Didnt know if you had any better suggestions for cutting hard tile. Your channel is great for tile guys by the way. Keep up the good work.
Went on the site and it looks like the Monolit grinding and cutting wheel is discontinued. The one to take its place does not look as good as the STL125.
I don’t know something about the way you explain things on your video that makes things interesting? I’m a DIYer and have watched many videos on tiles. Most videos are boring or people trying to be funny, but they are not. You get to the point. Thanks
PUT A GAURD ON THAT GRINDER!!! Chips could fly into your eyes or you could slip and drop the grinder! If the grinder falls it has a greater chance of causing an injury.
@@LandbergTileTV Kind of off topic but my dad once bought his crew a 20 pack of segmented blade for like 10 dollars at harbor freight. One of the segments flew off of the blade and into a guy's leg. My dad was lucky he didn't sue. He hasn't bought cheap blades since.
The more I watch this Channel the more stuff I have to buy. Love the tools. Great info as always.

I've had a Montolit DNA blade on my grinder for over a year and it's still cutting like butter.
I had gotten tired of tiling and honestly I lost interest. You my friend have brought me back into the industry. Thank you for that.
That's awesome to hear brother! It's all hard work, but it's all worth it.
@@LandbergTileTV does this blade cut clean or just fpr grinding? I got talked out of buying one the other day but I think I'll go back and get one...
Liggy, Liggy, Landberg!! Respect for what you're doing for the Industry!! Hope all is well and Dirty Jersey out!!

Lambert is displayed in your opinion good for cutting large format time, 4 x 4’
Man you are professional
Amazing durability!

I like to get material in my face and eyes. I own about 8 different grinders. No handles. No guards on any of them.
Amazing blades thank you for your videos always learning new tool🥊🥊🥊🥊
The one at contractors direct does have the Arbor flange
I need to take about an 8th inch off the porcelain tile that's to high on my pony wall.
with this do it without chipping the porcelain tile?
Which model of grinder is that, and does it take the 9ah flex volt battery?
Do you have to put much pressure when you cut
Are you still using this blade? I know it’s an old video and new blades have come out since then. Looking for a good electroplated blade
Nope, but you might want to check out Calidad Tools for that blade. Good diamond products, usa company and tile guy owner.

Do you use anything to touch up the blades between uses like a red brick stone or anything?
No, we don't ever "dress" our blades. We will buy a new one if the diamonds burn out.

Pearl P4 for sure! Thanks for the nice words.
Bro have you made a video on the dust mask that i have seen you use in some of your videos?
The invisible one😂

We've just bought the Makita 4100kb stone cutter thanks to your recommendation - fantastic tool. Would you recommend a Monolit blade for that?
Montolit blades are amazing!
amazon has a similar blade for 27 dollars, you should do a comparison!!!
I can find options for middle Grit only STL125-Fine Grit 🤔
The red medium may be sold out.
Pena que no Brasil e uma fortuna manda ai para o amigo
Its worth it 100%
Sold!
Please do this vs the swiss cheese blade!!!!
pretty pricey but if it's worth it in the long run why not thank you very much
Dude...I would pay a THOUSAND DOLLARS for a blade that would cut beautiful tile cuts!
check out cali dad tools, butter cutter
Hey are u still using that blade from last year 👀 loool
Yes I am! It lasts crazy long!
1 inch Diamond Dremel is $25,so $100 bucks is worth it
I just ordered one myself.... because I believe this blade is a complete rip off @$128 and want to compare it to the $20 off shore product
Definitely not a complete rip off. This is one excellent blade/wheel
Dude that's a dust making blade. It looks good but I'll stay with the $10 dollars turbo blades.
Looooooooooooooooool upgrades tools to make money faster
Looses contract for being to dusty hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣

Hey dude. Couldn't dish out the $100 but found an awesome knock-off for $35 on amazon. SHDIATOOL. You should review that one
Hey brother, I have all of them on order now, gonna do a Shdiatool review asap! thanks!
its a SHDIATOOL
Awesome, thanks for the info, ordered some for a future review 👍
