My husband had negative thoughts in his doubting mind and that was his first visit The Loving God manifested a beautiful photo of Him and put it into his pocket and blessed him and finally commented ( Doctor has lots of doubts) and The Doctor himself is a patient ! Dear Amay that meditation techniq is nice. I once attended vipasana retreat. It is also similar to this. But this one felt more easier. But after a long analysis how all this will help us to understand the creator.Maya or no Maya. Dwaitam and Advitam. Etc are creating more and more complexity.
