8 Scoops of Hydro a day. A container of Hydro at $46 will last 2 and 1/2 days. That's about $140/week after tax and shipping, just for protein. 4 BoBo's Bars/day = 28 bars/week = almost 2.5 packs of 12 a week = ~$75/week. $215/week ($860/month) just for protein and bars. Pretty hard for the average guy who has to pay full price to digest (pun intended). Suggestion to save some cash: don't buy BoBo's, instead throw some oatmeal, coconut oil, and raw sugar in a blender (same ingredients, much much cheaper). Don't buy hydrolyzed whey isolate, any whey isolate will work.
Two questions on appetite and food choices, Hunter, if you or the SoMe representative ever see this: - Is there a reason why you use water instead of [lactose free] whole milk in your shakes? Milk is after all a classic way to add easy calories and nutrients when appetite is shitty. - Have you looked into blending freeze dried foods, like fruits and meats? Might be a good way to mix up the food sources and adding micro nutrients to the macros without the bloat and puking issue. Love what you're doing! Feeling lucky to follow the career of a future Mr. O. 😉
Definitely have considered using things other than water! If I were to use something else it’d probably be rice milk or coconut water, as the carbs are much more agreeable than what’s in milk, and I don’t need the extra protein milk offers!

I agree with finding your own way of doing things. I have almost no appetite in the morning so having a protein smoothie is way easier than eggs or something whole.
Looks like all the top weighlifting machines companies can take hunter's feedback in creating and designing a more efficient product.. hunter knows how the mechanics moves alot better hence helps with the creation of a piece precicely .. just my 2 cents

something I use a lot when drinking my meals is rice milk and whey, maybe some fruit, honey. I really dont understand why noy many bodybuilders do rice milk, is actually very good tasting - specially vanila n chocolate flavours - and has no added sugars so all the carbs come from rice. maybe give it a try hunter, 10/10 digestion!

I drink 3 shakes a day, and eat one meal, cause I feel the same way, cannot eat all that food, it to much.. I throw oats in my shakes and 2 scoops protein, banana, blueberries, almond butter.

Y’all shitting on him in the comments about his diet but failed to mentioned that the guy probably tried the whole chicken and rice thing before. At his size the amount of “clean foods” you would have to eat is something no regular person can eat everyday, sure, maybe a week or so but no one can eat that much food throughout the entire off season. While his diet is not exactly the “healthiest” by any means lacking in micronutrients. The Rice Krispies Cereal (which is not super processed like other cereal btw) and the Hydrolyzed Whey which has been proven to be arguably more effective in terms of digestibility compared to chicken or meats, these shakes also keeps his midsection in check and prevents it from being completely blown out when compared to eating every calories through Whole Foods.
@@currycel470Not necessarily but also Yes. Ronnie never ate veggies and has 8 sandows veggies = more fiber, more food, more digestion issues preventing more calories to be consumed. As far as sleep that’s up to Hunter if he wants to get an extra meal in between his sleep (this is not super uncommon as much as ppl think, James Hollingshead does the same thing) Unfortunately there are only so many hours in a day when you can eat in order to maximize nutrient intake.

Hunter I have the same issue with eating and I drink most of my shakes too for meals I put oats almond butter either weight gainer or protein powder milk or almond milk and sometimes ice cream even in there and make two gallons of that shake everyday then eat three meals

Try the chicken shake with chicken bone broth instead of water, makes it taste great and adds some more nutrients.

What brand of ruce milk are you buying? So far they all have at least 11g of added sugars per portion

Rice milk isn't favored by bodybuilders cause it is as high in calories as regular milk, but with almost zero protein.
