New Blower Motor Resistor from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1AHBR00141
This video shows you how to install a new TRQ blower motor resistor yourself in your 2011-2016 Hyundai Elantra. The heat and air condition fan is controlled by a separate module, called the blower motor resistor. The nature of this component’s job causes it to heat up frequently, which can lead to failure. If your vents will only blow one speed, this is likely the cause. TRQ has a new resistor module made specifically for your vehicle.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2011 Hyundai Elantra
2012 Hyundai Elantra
2013 Hyundai Elantra
2014 Hyundai Elantra
2015 Hyundai Elantra
2016 Hyundai Elantra

thanks bro wow
How do you know if it’s the ac blower motor or resister that needs to be changed? Mine was making a click click click like loud and then no air would come out no hot or cold air nothing. It gets cold at the vents but no air comes out
hi, I just changed the resistor like you showed. When i tried the fan, on setting 1 works, setting 2 blows alot, but on setting 3 it seems to blow less. Is this normal? Is there another problem i should check. (i only started the car, did not drive around to test) thanks for any help.
