good practice. try adding breathing in through your nose afterwords but make the sounds with mouth loosely closed. this breathing in for three seconds after the toning increases the nitric acid in you your nasal cavities as the cavities vibrate. Just one more layer to try!

Loved this so much. I have a question. Doesn it matter if my vocal sounds are higher pitched? I have spasmodic dysphonia which makes it very hard for me to make lower pitch sounds. Just curious. Glad I found your channel!
Make the sound as well as you can. You can experiment with your own tone and try creating a broader range that can help you overall. But the main thing is to find what works best for your body. Some days will be different. ❤
The 3rd chakra holds emotions. Tapping will help release the energetic information your body holds there. Keep doing it daily, it gets better as your body lets go of the stuck energy. ❤
