I think there is room for this kind of adult content in the table top game space. But I also think people should be aware of it.
Just got myself a copy last week and playing through my first game.....yes flawed but fun so far
As a sort of aside I must say this was one of the most relaxed and pleasant crowfund experiences I've had. Everyone seemed to be on board and remained in good spirits throughout the process regardless of how quiet it would get at times. I love the indie production values, artwort, quirky one-of-a-kind vibe, designer attitude etc. It's technical flaws don't stand in the way and are easily forgiven for all the reasons explored here. A wonderful production and nifty game...

passion projects is usually where it starts. Sometimes they go gangbusters from there because people find them and then play the hell out of them. ie: dnd :)
