They keep doing the elbow thing. It drives me nuts. The female body has elbows on the _inside_ of the arm (so that the lower arm flares out at the wider hips). The male body has elbows on the outside of the arm (so that the lower arm tapers in after the broad chest). Any time you see a "female" body with jutting elbows (like the Pokemon Go update), there's a reason why it looks wrong.
Agreed, they could have just ripped the model with permission straight from the game, splash some new animation, and call it a day. It's an easy win. But no...they drained more money they don't have, and wasted however many man hours to make that sloppy for people that don't even play their games.
I'm playing Nier:Automata now,I slept on this game when it first came out but I'm enjoying it now in 2024. The only gripe I have with it is the "invisible walls"...its annoying to where you can & can not go or access. I'm puttin 2B up there with Bayonetta & Bloodrayne,havent played Stellar Blade yet.
Nier: Automata is one of the best and most impactful video games ever created. Play it to ending E, that's important. The game is not over after the end credits, end credits are just end of chapters.
You have to get to ending E. Do every quest you find, okay? Even the smallest dumbest things in the game are a piece of a puzzle. And for gods sake please don’t forget to take advantage of the chips! I had so much fun when I used them in other playthroughs! Stellar Blade is my fav game this year, I love the story and it SEEMS similar to automata at first but it’s really different. Enjoy the music; and don’t forget to try to find the secret LVL 99 boss fight 😍
Even censored Eve still looks hella fine. Gameplay is very fun and fair. Blends Bayonetta, Soulsborne, and Ninja Gaiden concepts into a single game. I highly recommend it.
I remember when 2B skin came out for Iana. I was disappointed. When you drive a drone under you to see the prize, you find white pants, no panties shot. The player card looks way better than the game model. The R6 devs censored Iana too. She had an old MVP pose where she had her back turned to the camera, and you could see her ass, but they changed it to just her standing there.
I actually thought it was a man and was thinking what was the problem. Then i realised it was a woman. Would looked and be received better if it was actually a man cross dressing as 2B. Buff 2B specifically

One is a dlc in a single player game where they can warp a player model around The other is a skin in a competitive shooter where they have to rig the skin to the characters model so it's not seen as a pay to win skin so of course when you put a make a skin for a small sexy girl and put it onto a military person of course it's not going to translate that great. Thanks for exposing yourself as a grifter, supporting any "current thing" that will bring you views. This is a pre-existing character of R6 Siege. Making skins is much cheaper than making new models with animations from scratch. Skin that is made to be exactly as in the Nier game just wouldn't work - starting with clipping errors, continuing with absolutely different animation skeletons and hitboxes. SB just doesn't have those problems since the main character is already a well-endowed female who also happens to wear high heels and stilettos. Because, well, SB was heavily inspired by the Nier Automata and those choices were made as core visual design elements. It is a valid question - was that collaboration actually a good idea, since Nier esthetics don't really translate well to the R6, but having a knee-jerk reaction about it and fuel the outrage is just fûçking stupid.

I just bought Stellar Blade for the Nier Collab, to get the Outfits, even though I wanted to wait until it comes to Steam, but since I don`t know if this Collab is also Part of the PC Version, I made Shift Up an early Christmas present by giving them 70$ (or 49$ after Sony gets the 30%) and ubisoft gets not 1 cent. Aka. 49 to 0 for Stellar Blade and Shift Up :D
For the Ubisoft collab with Nier: why couldn't they use 9Ss skin for that model? Either his or Adam's skins would probably fit this Iana character better than 2Bs.

This is a pre-existing character of R6 Siege.
Making skins is much cheaper than making new models with animations from scratch. Skin that is made to be exactly as in the Nier game just wouldn't work - starting with clipping errors, continuing with absolutely different animation skeletons and hitboxes.
SB just doesn't have those problems since the main character is already a well-endowed female who also happens to wear high heels and stilettos. Because, well, SB was heavily inspired by the Nier Automata and those choices were made as core visual design elements.
It is a valid question - was that collaboration actually a good idea, since Nier esthetics don't really translate well to the R6, but having a knee-jerk reaction about it and fuel the outrage is just fûçking stupid.

Because they just slap layers over the same body type that was designed for "tactical" outfits either they need to do a complete overhaul when making these collabs in mind or don't put dresses on operators.

@@Fatherlobster800it’s not “lazy.” I mean Ubisoft is lazy but this isn’t an example of laziness. They aren’t allowed to change the fundamental shape of the body for skins otherwise they’d have to change the hitboxes, and if they did that then the players would skin them alive.

I just bought Stellar Blade for the Nier Collab, to get the Outfits, even though I wanted to wait until it comes to Steam, but since I don`t know if this Collab is also Part of the PC Version, I made Shift Up an early Christmas present by giving them 70$ (or 49$ after Sony gets the 30%) and ubisoft gets not 1 cent. Aka. 49 to 0 for Stellar Blade and Shift Up :D
