Dr. Zarev is good because he actually does whats possible with HT whereas most surgeons will just "play it safe" meaning theyll do 3,000 grafts slowly, get paid then say see you in a year. But Dr. Zarev should be training Bulgarian surgeons at his clinic. His appointments take 2 years but thats because he only does one transplant per week himself as opposed to having 10 surgeons doing daily surgeries and him overseeing all of them. His lonewolf tactics are tiresome. I really wanted to book with him but cant wait 2 years
@HairTransplantNetwork yeah as I said he's really good because he pursues the full possibilities of a HT. Would have paid his prices had he been available within 4 months. Just wish he had a team rather than doing it all solo himself. He's not just good at maximizing grafts, he's excellent with hairline naturalness as well. Currently looking for someone that matches him but has a bigger clinic hence shorter wait time. I might give Bloxham a try if his vert studies come back conclusive and progressive

There are other options, that’s the beauty of a free market. That said, his wait list is long for good reason
