This year, Lunar New Year (called Tết in Vietnam) celebrations began on February 12. For us Vietnamese (and some East Asian countries) it is the most important festival. It is time for families to be together and a week of an official public holiday.
We were supposed to visit our parents in Vietnam and celebrate Tet together but Covid ruined the plan. So it's quite an emotional time for me, especially with Germany being in the extended lockdown for the past two months.
But it's okay to be sad. Tomorrow my heart will be lighter :)

There will be another Tet celebration. I lost my dad 3 days before my scheduled flight day to Germany March 2020. Covid. No go. No flight. Here we are fall 2021, still haven't seen my mom. I'm praying for feb or March 2022. We will learn to live with this. I'm going in March and pray there's no 4th wave in Germany. You will see your mom and celebrate Tet again. Your heart will be happy again. Your new house reminds me of Northern Germany where I am from (I live in US) and it feels like a piece of home. Your channel is wonderful. Thank you for that gift.

Giống sườn kho vì bạn cho nhiều nước hàng quá, cho ít thôi hoặc thay nước hàng bằng dầu điều. Nem rán làm thịt xay to bằng hạt lựu sẽ ngon hơn. Xôi đồ 2 lần lần 2 mới cho đường. Hihj, rất thích xem video bạn làm. Phụ nữ thật là giỏi

Công thức sườn chua ngọt cho nàng là sau khi sườn đã rán xong thì nước sốt nàng pha tỉ lệ 100g giấm trắng +100g đường + 80g nước mắm/1kg sườn . Khuấy cho tan đường, sau đó cho hành vào phi, cho sườn vào đảo sơ và đổ nước sốt vào đun cho tới khi nc sệt bám vào sườn là ok😘
