Pole Dance Strength Training Exercises

  • I wanted to take you through a typical strength training session that I do for pole.
    I do one pole exercise then one bodyweight exercise, and repeat on the other side (or just repeat if it's bodyweight with no opposite sides)
    I do 30 seconds for each exercise and rest for 30 seconds after each set.

    I am from Argentina, I think i'd die with that kind of training :P always watch your tutorials, They are very clear and precise ..

    Just curious, done correctly how long should this workout take?

      Hi, I do each exercise for 30 seconds - so for one round it's floor, pole, floor, pole each 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest. Each 'round' should be 2 mins 30 seconds. I try to do between 4 and 8 rounds with different exercises each round. But you can either do it for time or for reps. :D
