Did you ever think about sound dampening the spare tire well to help with the pump noise? Just curious…awesome job
The pump is not that loud and doesnt start unless I play with the air suspension. So the factory sound deadening does the job plenty.

Hello . I have exactly the same car as yours. I want to sell it because it is very rigid but at the same time I like its appearance too much. I honestly wouldn't want to sell it.. please tell me if with these cushions the car becomes a real limousine. if you still feel the shocks in it and the bumps... thank you!

This might be a dumb question but if I purchase an airlift suspension. Will it come with the bags? Or just the tank, ecu, compressor, etc
It depends, some kits are everything included & others can be just bags/struts, so you’d need to purchase management, a tank & compressor separately.
So you didnt have issues with the haldex spacing? What gallon tank. I got a mk5 r32 and want to retain boot space but got told wheel well no good as its limited in space.

Le roules tu l'hiver? Je pense faire ça sur ma mk7. Mais c'est mon seul char, alors je suis un peu chiken.
Je l'ai roulé 1 hiver, mais sans les bags.
Par contre j'ai déjà rouler un char bagged l'hiver sans avoir eu de problèmes 😏 Rouler bagged à l'année ça peut devenir tannant, mais c'est une question de goût selon moi!

A friend of mine spot welded a bracket to my tank and they became weak spots which air leaked from after a year.
Yeah it happens, the seamless tank i used is quite thick. You just got make sure to not have a weld that goes all the way trough the tank wall. Also, have at least one port open on the tank when welding.
