      How to deal with hunger during the fat loss? My tdee is almost 3000 kcal at 160 lbs, but I still keep eating too much, even though my diet is consisting of healthy foods. Increasing my activity makes me even hungrier.

    No one on youtube makes a video about loose skin, who will have it and how to avoid it... if you have any knowledge about it, I think a lot of people will appreciate a video about it.

      If you lose weight too fast and in an unhealthy way you risk getting loose skin. Anything more than 50lbs within a year can potentially give you loose skin depending on how much muscle you have. Make sure you’re resistance training 3-4 times a week and eating enough protein to not lose muscle mass as you lose fat and you should be able to avoid loose skin and could potentially lose more than 50lbs without it. Also depends on your age. The younger you are the more likely you are to not have it. There are some other techniques you can do to make sure your skin is elastic and not saggy if you’re afraid. Not 100% sure because I’m researching it, but look into velashape and moisturizers. I lost 50lbs in one year and 35 in my 2nd year so far. Hoping to lose another 20 this year. I don’t have loose skin so far, but I can tell my skin feels different so I’m taking it slow and focusing on keeping muscle. Don’t do things so fast is the trick.

      Great idea! I should make a video related to loose skin. Perhaps I'll make a Short about it first. Thank you for the suggestion!

    Good point on the first 10 pounds or so not being noticeable. It seems crazy and deceptive on the mirror but the scale doesn't lie-- all other things being constant. One question: what's your height?

    Good stuff, help for all. I am 6 feet and weigh 240 . Goal is 200 but now i,m thinking 180-170. I walk 5 miles 6 days a week, lift 2.5 hrs in gym 6 days a week down from 320 9 months ago ( in recovery from a life ending ICU stay that just missed me!). I’ll try your suggestions for next 16 weeks and get down to 200 hopefully and 25% BF? Ill be in touch for the final leg of my BF LOSS journey. Thx

    Please , guide do fruits make you fat ? there are alot of people or doctors claiming that you should avoid fruits if you want to live a healthy life and avoid insulin resistance in your body. Fruits raise your insulin levels and insulin is a fat storing harmone so you will not loose fat.

    • @kamranhussain3159
      @kamranhussain3159 2 месяца назад +2

      Brother if insulin made people store fat. Why do marathon runners and ofher professional athlete's do carb loading, in which they eat a lot of their calories from carbs which in theory should severely apike insulin levels.
      However conventional athletes and marathon runners are not fat. So i thunk insulin is important as a hormone but it ks not the be all end all for fat loss. That comes down to calories.
      Hope that makes sense.

    • @iWannaBurnFat
      @iWannaBurnFat  2 месяца назад +14

      No, fruits do not make you fat. Just because a food raises your insulin levels does not make it "fattening". Eating protein raises your insulin levels as well, so don't get distracted by the misinformation online.
      Fruit is actually beneficial to incorporate during your fat loss phase! Fruits contain a good amount of water, which makes them high in volume and relatively low in calories. So they are more filling. Fruit also tends to be rich in fiber, which helps slow down the absorption of naturally occurring sugars in fruit. Not to mention that fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals👍🏼

      No food makes you fat, too much food and too much sitting do.

    • @dczech4138
      @dczech4138 2 месяца назад +1

      @muscleinthekitchen @kamranhussain3159 Yes and no. Obese people most of the times have insulin resistance problems and their hormones are in bad shape. So fruit spikes their insulin more, and it wont satiate them that much. So if you want to lose weight and want to eat fruit, I would recommend eating fruit with meal which have protein and not as a snack alone.
      Its not like fruit make you fat, its just some of them are not really good choice if you want to lose weight, otherwise for "healthy" people any fruit is not really problem.
