    2 days before i got heart attack, i m 37, can i know how much damaged for your heart was during heart attack, pls reply

      What is the reason why you had a heart attack? Blood clot? Was it from sitting for long periods of time?

      @@kabutoyakushi6618 yes it was because of sitting long time and depression lack.of sleep etc

      @@cuteranvijayrvvlogs9302 I'm sorry to hear that. I hope everything is okay with you now. I dont get s lot of sleep my self and have a bad diet. I need to get more rest and clean up my diet. Were there any signs you had maybe weeks? Months or even years before you had the Heart attack? For instance some chest discomfort, palpitations, soreness in your chest or back days before etc?

    does my daily workout (1hour of huffing & puffing) increase my risk or is safer not to exert myself at all ? i have often been puzzled by this dilemma . i'm a 58 YO male .

      If youre having one trust me youre not gonna wanna workout you'll know dizzy, sick feeling in your stomach bunch of symptoms
      My dad never complained in shape
      until he had one He had to sit down in a lawn chair he was able to talk still too

      @@phootphetishphilip5551 do U even realise you have a clot / do U feel sick ? i'm not talking about a clot that moves into your brain . when you say "dislodge" it , does it just breakup & join the rest of the bloodstream ?

      @@numbat0072 well more active helps make them easier to survive but moving blood is worse if it's blocked if youre active trust me when it hits you'll know
