Were there any signs you had maybe weeks? Months or even years before you had the Heart attack? For instance some chest discomfort, palpitations, soreness in your chest or back days before etc?

does my daily workout (1hour of huffing & puffing) increase my risk or is safer not to exert myself at all ? i have often been puzzled by this dilemma . i'm a 58 YO male .

@@numbat0072 well more active helps make them easier to survive but moving blood is worse if it's blocked if youre active trust me when it hits you'll know

What is the reason why you had a heart attack? Blood clot? Was it from sitting for long periods of time?
