She seems lucky, like she’s on the lower end of the severity scale of celiacs. For some it is much more serious, painful, disruptive and debilitating.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease at 5, I am 14 now. I felt so left out when I was younger ( I still do ), I can never leave the house, I can never eat out with my family. It made me feel so upset and like I didn’t deserve what I had. The white blood cell count(or something) I should have is 7, but mine is 33. I feel guilty but if I don’t eat something I’m not supposed to, I feel like am abnormality or like a orange tree in a farm of apples. I feel like the odd one out. It’s hard, but I’m trying my hardest to get through it.

I was diagnosed when I was 9 and I'm also 14. I don't know if it's where you live but I find living with it fairly easy in Vancouver. While yes I do feel left out time to time and the bread o the BREAD! At the end of the day I am grateful that I don't have diabetes or anything worse and after a while you get used to it. But I just hope that the situation gets better for us (especially the bread)

Everything depends of exposure of our body to low temperature and same foods.

I had a blood test for celiac disease a couple of weeks ago but the test came back negative but I’ve realised eating gluten gives me really bad stomach aches and nausea and I think I still may have it what should I

After I started hosting hookworms both my celiac disease and ulcerative colitis went into remission.

For several months I had urinary burnings.i eat very selective with more sugar. Now I am in Nevada going sunbathing and can eat everything. I just eat a second load of donuts and milk and sweet fruits. I do not have any urinary burnings. My explanation is that heat penetrate deep into my body and help cells to become stronger

The autoimmune attack caused by gluten can lead to “DISCOMFORT” ?!?!?!?

I agree with you. No offense of course, this is her experience. But the video makes it seem much less severe than it is. I almost commited suicide due to having celiac and not knowing. Every day of my life was a living hell. A nightmare I couldn't wake up from. Thank god since I've been diagnosed, my life has changed for the better. Some days are still extremely difficult though. I've only been gf for a year so my small intestine has not healed as much as it should yet.

@@Xoxodiii @R Thanks so much! Your message really means a lot. I hope that you are doing better too! It's hard for non celiacs to understand the struggle. Some people think it's an easy disease to live with... I mean you just cut out gluten right... Not in my and most other celiacs case. It is so much more than just cutting out gluten, and there's definitely no room for "cheating" once a year, or ever.
