Minimum Spec Should be: 1. 8fps of RAW; 2. 4K 30fps No Crop RAW; 3. Dual SD CARDs Highest Speed; 4. In Body Image Stabilization to Photo and Video; 5. Keep The Size The Same or Smaller to Z5

The sensor and the AF of the Zf with Expeed 7 processor would make sense for a current competitive Z5 II.
Such a Z5II as a supplement to the Z6III would be comparable to the D90, which came on the market after the D300 and was considerably cheaper than the D300. I think the D90 was one of Nikon's most successful digital cameras

As a exiting z5 owner the spec of this update doesn’t make me want to change to the z5ii

A Z5 user would probably upgrade to a Z6iii, not a Z5ii.
The Z5ii should be aimed at new Nikon users or Nikon DX users
