Just a thought from something I did. I took a pressure treated landscape timber, which is 3x4x8, but about half the cost of a 4x4x8. It has two sides that are flat enough to attach the hanger. I cut it down to 6', got a good-sized plastic planter, screwed the bottom of the timber to the bottom of the planter & filled the planter about 3/4 of the way up with cement I'd mixed. Once the cement had sat about 24 hours, I filled the remainder with potting soil, planted some pansies in the planter & hung a plant from the hanger as well. I'm thinking of doing another, but leaving it at 8', lowering the plant bracket & putting my house number on the top part of the timber. 😊
Want to try that.
Cute idea!
Can you post a picture?
You could’ve counter balanced that plant stand with another bracket and plant on the opposite side!
More flowers is good!😊
I love all of your diys, as always, but my favorite is your shutter shelf!❤ As always, Shannon, thank you for sharing all of your hard work, creativity, talent, and inspiration! Stay safe, healthy, and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊
I think rather than making a sign I am going to put my house numbers on the wood piece and use the concrete and broom stick idea to display. Great video
I love those ideas! Great meshing of the two!!
I was thinking to put Hello in the center
Congrats on 500K! 🏆Love the "fresh flowers" sign. And the shelf with the shutter, so cute and clever!
Thanks so much! 😊 🥰🤗🤗🤗
I've used two of these brackets to create a decorative shelf with a piece of painted scrap plywood. And instead of using an l-shaped hanger that you normally would use these allow you to hang decorative things underneath the shelf. Or like I use it in my kitchen I hang kitchen items from the hooks.
I love them all ❤. Please it’s impossible for me to pick one favorite when all of them are my favorites 🤗 Thank you so much for sharing.❤️
🤗🩷🧡💛💚💙💜
Great ideas my favorites were the shelves.
First, you look absolutely beautiful in lilac. Second, I love these. I can't pick a favorite.
Aw thanks friend 💜💜💜
@@TheDailyDIYer you're so very welcome, sweet friend.
I like the concrete in the plant pots with the broom handle and hanger.
I love all of them. I can’t pick just one. I guess I’m going to dollar tree and some brackets what a neat idea. Thank you for sharing have a great day ❤
Shannon TFS My favorites were the shutter makeover & the potting station shelf looks so easy to put together. The picture holder with the bracket is genius ❤
Thank you so much!
I absolutely loved all of your hacks!! I don't have a yard but I do have a balcony and am alway looking for space creating and saving ideas!! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing ideas!! Hope you're having a fantastic weekend 😊!! God Bless You 🕊️😇💗 and your family!!
Blessings to you as well 🩷🤗
I made the planter using the dollar tree handles. I made these a few years ago, and I don’t recommend it if you want stuff to last a long time. This year they finally subsumed to being exposed to the weather the poles rusted and broke. Plus the turned over very easy.
I did a 4×4 post using those bracket
They turn out so cute!
Your home is so cute, inside and out I swear! I like all that u made too!!!!!!
You're so sweet! Thank you!
Happy Sunday haul beautiful lady ❤ gorgeous hanging basket decor. Awesome hack laury! I just did a hack for the hummingbird 😅 the shutter one is beautiful 😍 all of it is gorgeous have a lovely day 💗🌈💙💜🦋💛💚
Thank you! You too!
Also, on your signs, you can use the tiny eye hooks attached to your sign & turn it so that when you run twine through it to tie to the bracket, it does line up properly.
Great tip!
These are all great. My favorite are the concrete planters. Have an awesome evening.
Thank you! You too!
1:30 Been saying for years they have to make it so the bracket can swing and lock in place, or have a bracket that connects the back screw in section to the hanging part... Because oof, I mess them up all the time!! I use them for seperating containers that may get suctioned together, as well. One in a box keeps the other box from getting stuck, same with five gallon buckets! 😁
I bought some shutters about 2 years ago. I was not sure what to do with them, but now I know. Thank you for sharing.
Oh yay! You are set then! Happy DIYing!
Love the shutter shelf. Great recycle idea.
Thanks so much! 😊
I took the brackets and some dowel rods and made ribbon hangers. Works perfectly ❤❤ As always a great video with awesome ideas 💡❤
Cute idea!!
I love these ideas..my favorite has to be the “ Shutter Shelf” it turned out gorgeous! Love it!
Hey Shannon. Great ideas. I love the shutter shelf and the plant hangers at the end of the video. Tfs. 🩷
Thanks so much! 😊
I loved them all. I have a stash of those brackets. this had given me ideas. ❤
I really appreciate all of these ideas!! And I will definitely keep it in mind for whenever I need them...👍😁🤗🤗
Congratulations. 👏👏🎉🎉You are Blessed. Love using the hanger for the picture frame. Great idea. Thanks for always giving good ideas. Tfs. God Bless
If you drill a hole in the top of the plant stand you can add a solar light to the top to have a lamppost look.
CUTE IDEA!
Very cute ideas. ❤❤❤❤
Thank you! 😊
Love them all! Great ideas. Sadly my DT never has the brackets. I bought them at Dollar general for $1 last year. We were at DT a few days ago and they didn't have the brackets. So I may have to end up at DG. My local DT is small. But I am going to try a few of these ideas. Thank you for sharing these with us.
Glad DG has them!
Love all your ideas today ! The use with window and shutter are my favorites!!! (Hello from the Laurentians Québec Can.)

2:18 Thanks, Laurie! Great tip! Thank you for sharing it, Shannon! 😊❤
I love your ideas. Always great vids, too. Thanks for all you do.
I live in tornado alley but do not have a shelter except for the bathroom. I used brackets to put a shelf above the bathroom door for a yoga mat to throw in the bathtub when needed.
Love that idea!
Love them all, great ideas
Thanks!!!
The shutter shelf was my favorite. 😊
If you put a second hook on the opposite side of the post of the flower post it should level it out.
Ohhh love that idea 😍
Great DIYs! I see that you have vinyl siding, how do you hang your DIYs on it? I too have vinyl siding and don't want to make wholes. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you!
Congrats on 500K! Shutter shelf was my fave.
Yay! Thank you!
Great ideas 💡 Thank you for sharing and have a blessed evening. 😘❤️🤗🙏🏻 Lisa

It's SO GOOD! @designedtothenines is the best!
All of them❤❤❤❤❤❤Love Them All!!!
I love all of these projects!🥰
As usual Shannon love all the ideas fantastic❤
So I was thinking, on that first one you did with the plant hangers on the bottom of that 2 by 4 (I think was what you used) the one you put the pavers on the back side of. I think if you put another plant hanger on the back side n another hanging plant you wouldn't need those pavers to keep it stable n you could put two big hanging plants on it. Just a thought.
Window idea with a shelf. Do you have an idea how to hang window off a block wall?
You can get masonry screws. You'd have to drill into the brick and add hangers to the back of the window, but it would work!
What are you using for siding clips
Hey, where I can find the Hammer.
Thank you ,wonderful ideas 💡
Hobby Lobby 🩷
❤ love these ideas!! Thx
How did you hang the window frame on your siding?
You can get siding hooks on Amazon 🩷
Great ideas 😊
Love them all ❤❤
Congrats on 500K!🎉
THANK YOU!!! 😍

Love all of these
Love your ideas
Thank you! 😊
Love all of f the ideas
😊
Would another basket on the opposite side even it out
So smart!
I really liked your video today
What is a broomstick?
DT sells just the handles for brooms
Those brackets weren’t even on the plant hanger.
Hi Shannon!
HELLO!
The sign
Hi carters mom, it’s colton
Oh heyyyy! Thanks for hanging out with us today!!!
Depending on where they are and how you plan to use them, I think the brackets can be best used "upside down"! For one, I think they just look nicer that way. And I use them on the side of my house, where there are multiple windows/frames. At the front of the house I'm just using them for light-weight window chimes, and when the brackets are upside down it's easy to attach a chain, rod, or whatever between them for more wind chimes. And even towards the back of the house where I may hang something that weighs more, I still think it looks nicer, so bend the "hooks", then use S-hooks to hang things, and can still add lighter-weight things in between if I wish.
Hi there sweetie...congratulations 🎉❤ on 500k. You so deserve this accolade. Awesome creations today and everytime I see you crafting.
Thank you so much!
We have way too much wind to use those brackets as feet.
Okay, you've done it again! I can not decide which I like best, they are all amazing ideas. I guess I will have to just do them all, one by one. Thank you Shannon ❤
Yay! Thank you!
I love all these ideas. I had to immediately save to spring and summer DIYs folder I created for the crafts I have to do. Thank you for always sharing your amazing ideas. Hope you have a great Sunday and week. ❤
Hope you get around to trying these! Thanks for the love and wishing you a great week ahead too!
Loved all of your ideas!!!
Yay! Thank you!🩷
Or, you could get 6 brackets and hang a second basket on the opposite side of the post, possibly at a different height.
I did similar idea to your last one hanging a solar lantern instead of plant. Great ideas. I’m going to try a few more. First heading to the habitat restore to see what I can use with the brackets.
Instead of the brackets on the bottom, it would be stronger to use the remainder of the 4x4 post cut into 4 pieces and attach it to the upright section.
You just needed to tighten the bracket screws into the post with a small stubby screwdriver. But it was a great idea
Love the shutter shelf and the last one, but I would hang some lights instead of plants.
Enjoyed your video very much…..thank you.
Or add another planter to counter balance?
I love them all, can't decide on a favorite. 😊
Love them all! Really hard to pick a fav🎉
I LOVE the shutter shelf❤
I like the shutter shelf
I love the shutter shelf. I got a few shutters for free, but haven’t done anything with them yet. I think they are the wider ones though. I also love your shelf made from a window frame. I have my brother’s old metal tool box just like the one you have succulents in. That has given me a great idea, thank you. I have my son’s old metal red wagon and have planter pots sitting in it. I put DT aluminum casserole containers on the bottom so when watering it won’t rust the bottom out. I have an old wooden ladder that I’m getting ready to make into a plant stand.
Love the all
To keep the picture frame from sliding, you can add a little piece of white play dough right under the bottom. Done. No more sliding.
Great tip!!!
Dollar Tree warehouse was destroyed in Oklahoma by huge Tornado 😢
Oh you are kidding 😭😭😭
wonderful ideas. how are you, your family doing. is honey looking after you,
Aw thank you for your concern 🩷We are taking things slow around here. Honey is a great cuddler and big help. Thanks again 🤗
