    Well said Chris. Yes - riding is when I do my "thinking and stinking". Releasing my own stresses, clearing my head and solving all the world's problems while I'm at it.

    Thanks for opening up about this. I think this gives people a motivation to do the same, which is the first step when realizing there is something going wrong. Talking about it might take a lot of courage, but it really helps people get a grip again.
