  • • Ingredients: Seaweed and meat floss flatbread
    Oil dough: 300 grams of all-purpose flour(0:30), 30 grams of white sugar(0:30), 150 grams of water(0:34), 50 grams of oil(0:38). Knead the above ingredients into a smooth dough, cover and rest for 1 hour.
    Filling: 20 grams of seaweed and have it chopped(1:02), 300 grams of meat floss(1:14), 1 to 2 eggs (just use enough eggs to ensure that the ingredients can coagulate), 1:17.
    Brush a little butter on the dough to replace the pastry, 2:16,
    Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on it to prevent butter from flowing out, 2:36,
    •Baking temperature (80L oven): Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for top heat and bottom heat, place it on the middle layer of the oven ad bake about 20 minutes.

    請問氣炸鍋溫度設定也是200度20分鐘嗎?

      温度准的话一样,但空气炸实际温度不一定这么准。

      空炸空间小,同样的温度20分钟肯定烤焦了。要么温度降低,要么10分钟打开观察一下。
