- In this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to share pages in notion with others. We'll be going over 3 different ways to share pages in Notion and also how you can transfer information quickly between 2 different notion accounts. This is really useful if you have 2 different personal accounts or work and personal accounts and want to duplicate pages from 1 account into the other.

Hello. Great video by the way! I want to ask, when I want to duplicate my notes from one workspace to another, it only shows the option "duplicate" and not "duplicate to" other workspaces. Is there any solution to it? Tbh I prefer if I could have the whole deck of file on my new workspace and not used a "shared" one with my old workspace. But if there aren't any solutions, i wont mind sharing the workspace via link. Any suggestions? Thank youu

Great video! I have a question, lets say I have a private database (clients table, programs table, programs sold table) and I wish to use a kind of template that is added on each new client. So i want that each client get their own page where they can see active programs, links (zoom call, form to apply for next program...etc). But, that page got a table view (client database that is linked to all data I want to show). So, if I just share it, I see that it ask for login (great because it create a kind of personal place for clients) but I see that they could create a workspace from there and I dont want that every clients could create workspace. Another thing is that since the page contain data from private database, it just not showing those view. The template use self refering so the client can only see filtered data with his own stuffs. Is there a way to give them access or I should say the best way ? Not sure if I want all client in a workspace and I see that it tells me that I reach the 1000 blocks limit already (not sure on this because my database are empty) ... I need help on that one! :) Thanks!

Hello. Im running into an issue with sharing via published feature. I have a Dashboard that is private. I have a sub database that is shared. Before today, when visiting that sub database, it would not show the breadcrumbs. And thats how I wanted it as that sub database was shared to a client and the Dashboard was for my eyes only. Now the breadcrumbs are visible. The only thing I did different is I rearranged the databases under Private. Do you know how to hide the breadcrumbs again? Thanks in advance.

Hi great video. I tried to share and duplicate a page from a personal account to a team account where I am not admin. I was able to share however not to duplicate the page. Is there a way around this?
Great video, but Notion makes this so incredibly hard. I just want to duplicate a template ONLY, not the data, into another Notion account. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks.
the account im trying to share to gets an error saying no access to content, both personal accounts not sure why it wont allow him to see.

Hey, have you tried clearing the cache (if using notion in a browser) or signing in and out of the notion desktop app to see if the access changes come through? It could be a timing thing as well because you might have to wait for the changes to sync. Let me know how you get on. Alternatively maybe there is a limitation on the account and you might have to contact notion support using the help button in the bottom right. If you can't reach notion from the help button then alternatively you can get in touch with them very quickly via twitter. Hope that helps!

Hey Agata, all access for the page is determined by the share button on the top right hand corner. If you click on "share", you should see a list of everyone that has access to that page and be able to remove anyone you think shouldn't have access. Please give this a try and let me know how you get on. Was it 1 page you wanted to remove access to or a group of pages?
