Toggle lists are the main reason I use Notion over, say, Evernote. I find toggle lists work really well and reducing clutter and allowing me to organize a page in the way I like.

@Mridul Baidya Oh, I like that. I do that kind of thing in my ToDo app, but I can see how it would work well in Notion.
I like how your first tip was "Dark Mode" and you use light mode all the time xD... Great video:)
Haha. Yeah, for some reason light mode resonates with me more in notion.
@@curiousrefuge For me it's because dark mode is relatively relaxing. And light mode feels more productive.

Great video -- both content-wise and production-wise! Can I ask what video production software you are using, and whether you created the animated graphics?
Woot. Thank you so much. I use premiere pro to create my videos. Sometimes I have to animate a quick thing in after effects but premiere is 95% of the vid. I didn’t create the animated graphics but I did customize the color, text, and screen comps. I use Envato templates, but the only downside is you need to know some After Effects to create some of them. But if you’re driven you could probably figure it out. :) cheers

Had no idea you could toggle between two pages of the same app; I use command-tab all the time and didn't know command-` was even a thing! I've used different browsers before just to be able to toggle between pages. Great tip!

@Curious Refuge I sat up and paid attention when you started discussing caledars, and individual task boards, realising that's something like what I'm attempting to create for my volunteer teaching project, where I want home pages filtered for groups with different needs: participants, the volunteer teachers, the SMEs who are reviewing course materials, etc.
I'm concerned about creating a big collection of tasks and appointments with all the associated content, as I've heard other RUclipsrs warn of serious performance issues.
Have you run into problems with Notion slowing down as your workspaces grow?

Hi there, good day, I love the idea to integrate Google Calendar into Notion - btw. Do you think that i am able to solve this task - to add bulk events at once - to GCAlendar and Notion
in 5:23 you mention that you can embed pdfs, but the option is not shown in the icons that are shown as available. I tried and the pdf stay grayed out.

I have a question. Is it possible to create a dependent drop-down list in Notion database?
Suppose I have a list of objects that I want to give a category and a sub-category. The sub-category should only show options that are related to the selected Category. Sometimes, it is called linked drop-down lists. Please help!

Hi, need help... I m using notion on iPad... my issue is related to table ..
2 nd row onwards , every 1 st column,on iPad when I try to type , it just opens into another page,...this problem comes in iPad only but since I work mainly on iPad, it s very bothering.... is it due to any setting etc? Can u guide pl?
